If someone is setting you up, Scott, you need to get to the bottom of it. But right now I would like to know, who
sent the photo to Grady? You? Or Hoge?

I have not been served in any such lawsuit; Iam not a party to this suit at this time. I have specifically

In the case of Mr. Grady and Hinckley, this is a message from one pro-se in a lawsuit to two
othcr pro-sc's in the same casco
In the case ofWJJ Hoge, this is a legal communication, not subject to the Maryland harassment
statute.
Notice.
I have just filed a copyright application for the photo of Gail in the hospital. As I know who I
sent thc photo to, that means eithcr a law enforcemcnt officer dceided to risk his job by scanning
it and sending it to Grady for his blog, or either Mr. Hoge or Mr. Hinckley sent it to Grady.
Grady has published portions of the photo. Not enough to file a claim. However, be on notice
that if the photo is published I will immediately file a copyright infringement suit against Mr.
Grady, Mr. Hoge and Mr, Hinckley.
Mr. Hoge and Mr. Hinckley can help each other by revealing which of them was responsible for
sending the photo to Thinking Man's Zombie.
This is not a bluff. I sent that photo to demonstrate to the police, Hoge and Hinckley the human
tragedy these offensive bloggers were exploiting.
The copyright application is filed, and I do not want to see that picture on anyone's website.
