the CFA Institute's Inside Investing for which he is paid per article. From time to time, he may
offer clients advice or products from these activities and clients should be aware that these
services may involve a conflict of interest. New River Investments LLC always acts in the best
interest of the client and clients are in no way required to utilize the services of any representative
of New River Investments LLC in such individuals outside capacities.

Other than salary, annual bonuses, or regular bonuses, Matthew Russell Busigin does not receive
any economic benefit from any person, company, or organization, in exchange for providing
clients advisory services through New River Investments LLC.
