To protect and preserve the environment by encouraging and practicing
recycling and minimizing waste in the production process of ink refilling and
toner parts. To support selected and qualified individuals for scholarship
programs. To establish the Philippines as a potential source of toner
remanufacturing in the international markets. To provide and generate

employment opportunities nationwide.

The Chronicle
In mid 1994, a small computer shop was born in the heart of Paco, Manila. Only
three personnel started this computer shop business: the technician-owner

Romeo V. Austria, a deliveryman and one clerk. The trio was trimmed and
bonded by Unaccountable experiences that brought them into the pedestal of
much brighter future in their field. The hand to mouth earners became great

challengers among the middle and big trading companies.

In 1995, the young Austria then decided to register his business in the
Department of Trade and Industry under the name ROMEO V. AUSTRIA
TRADING. Romy, as his family and close friends call him is a Quezonian by
birth. He adapted in the Business environment by himself and did not stop to
conquer and seek more advance Technology regarding computer products
and paraphernalia. He even studied at night and took advance number of
subjects in a computer engineering school.

Years later, Romeo V. Austria tapped the expertise in supplying laser toner
cartridges through the support and trust of his foreign partner, the
STATIC CONTROL COMPONENTS, INC., a U. S based Toner company in
North Carolina, USA and rated as the No. 1 Remanufactured firm in the
world today. This Trading became renown in the computer services industry.
Due to much demands in the market, he decided to move to

A bigger and more convenient office at Mascardo St., Bangkal, Makati City.
There, he Employed more than five hundred (500) employee persons

composed of computer technician, Marketing and Administrative Staff. To

ensure optimum performance, he, as Chief Operating Officer of the Trading,
personally, trained and educated each and every Field Technician.
Emphasizing to all employees that the main goal of serving clients efficiently,
focusing on professionalism and maintaining good qualities of the products

and equally deserving services, are the keys to sustaining a harmonious

relationship

between customers and clients, he has made a name in the

business world.

Because RVA Trading believes that quality is tantamount to success, it is

now fully equipped with Laser printer (newest models) test instruments,
brand new compatible ink cartridges for your Inkjet/DeskJet requirements,
computers and tools to assure customers of being provided with a full
guarantee for the products and services it promotes. Likewise, as Romeo
V. Austria aspires to take good care of all his clients, he expands his
services by offering preventive maintenance and other technical services

anytime to clients who wish to be given service with a very affordable outlay.
Currently, with more than 500 employees, RVA Trading is very certain that it

any other machines like fax, computer, scanner, UPS and the likes. It has
now well-trained Computer Engineers and Computer technicians who are
ready to provide you any instance you need Right now the companys
expanding by creating four additional branches like BATANGAS, BAGUIO,
CAGAYAN DE ORO, CEBU, DAVAO, ILOILO, LEGAZPI, LAGUNA,

PAMPANGA, SARIAYA and ZAMBOANGA.

owned and deployed printers and schedule preventive maintenance.
Provincial branches; Dedicated Technical Staff will monitor NCR. For remote
provinces nearest RVA Branch wil handle the orderings and Technical Support
The Total Print Management Program will provide in-house technician Monday to
Saturday in two shifts by 12 hours duty.RVA wil upgrade their existing printer for more
cost savings.
4 times a month preventive maintenance for refurbished printers.
Twice a month preventive maintenance for brand new printers.

Printer parts replacement such as separation pad, film, etc. are 100% free of
charge. Replacements are done by our trained technicians.

From the above figure, December has the lowest production due to low demand of
consumables because of holidays, while February this year has the highest production.
Note: The number of toner produced depends on the number of demand

RV s Technical Service Team consists of a Technical supervisor who overseers the whole
department. The two Officer-in-charge are in-charge are responsible for teaching the
trainees and accountable whenever the Supervisor is not around. The Team is composed
of 8 Team leaders; each group is assigned to specific areas where they will provide
technical support.

l incoming raw materials drums, toners, blades, PCRs, magnetic rollers and
printer parts are inspected against stringent before they were forwarded to our
stock room, then to our production area.
2. Empty cartridges are visual y inspected, disassembled and cleaned-out to
determine which part should be replaced and disposed. Toner hopper is
cleaned to remove the residue.

3. Bad components are replaced by the new one. New chips are installed and

the toner hopper is fil ed with genuine toner powder which matches to the
drum for optimum page yield.
4. Our trained toner technicians assemble all cartridges both with compatible
components and the OEM materials. The assembly process includes the
installation of pre-qualified OPC drum, magnetic roller, doctor blade, wiper
blade and chips.
5. Each cartridge is 100% inspected and tested in a printer to ensure
Outstanding print quality and performance.
6. Al cartridges receive a final inspection. They are cleaned and polished,
sealed in a resistance bag and boxed.
