SYNOPSIS
Among ASEAN countries, Malaysia is the least compatitive country for external investment by foreign Car Manufacturers, due to high GDP per capita and low
achievement records in quality and quantity. Why is Malaysia still left behind while Automotive Industry is aggressively being regional and global? Being the
country of citizens with very good command of English, our technology and quality standard should already be very close to the (most) West countries because
we literally speaks the same language.
This evening talk will explain how German Automotive Car Manufacturers develop and maintain their quality standard as the Best Engineering Country until
today. After this talk, we will see that it is not so difficult to be the best when all we have to do is to follow the best.
Area of Focus:
Advantages of Japanese culture and German methods
Why ISO/TS 16949 certified suppliers still failed Sourcing Audit by German Automotive Manufacturers
What is VDA & VDA 6.3 Process Audit
How VDA 6.3 Process Audit helps to reduce lost while increasing profit and quality
Detail of all VDA standards to achieve high quality by German Automotive Manufacturers
