How to handle difficult participants

Before going through the objective of our topic, I will like to

illuminate two main concepts which are the milestones of how to
manage your classroom, on one hand is the setting your rules .
Setting your rules:
Setting your rules, you have to consider yourself as the ruler and
the Judge of your classroom. You have to articulate, stipulate and
imposes your own rules in which it is clearly demonstrating and
understandable to all your attendees. It recommends writing
down your rules on the board, clipchart or any visible facility to be
demonstrated to all of your classroom attendees. The context of
the rules may also include the break times, time frame for each
question, the question/inquiry time, positive punishment for a
younger ages (which is not physical attack or any sort of
harming),attending time..etc

How to handle difficulties poses by the attendees?

We are now going to demonstrate the common difficulties that
faced within the classroom:
1.
2.
3.
4.

Side talks

talk
Remind them that we stick with a time frame in which
there is no time for being distracted

Out of the topic refer to the one who used to distract all the
group through asking a irrelevant questions which is not
correlated with the major topic for example, you may

explaining the structure of the organic chemistry. suddenly

one for your attendees ask a question about the political
issues in his country and your opinion for the strategy which
the country encounter?! How can you handle such an
irrelevant question?
Teacher action:
getting closer to the attendee and respectively
asking him to postponed his questions due to the
time frame of the session and it will not benefit the
content of the topic
You are allowed to stop the attendees for asking a
question out of the sessions scope however you
may listen and share your private opinion for any
other subjects not related to the session scope after
the session in which not affecting the content.
