Description

Plastocrete -53 is a newly modified of mid-range water reducing of admixture


type for concrete.

Uses


Strength improvement by total cost effectiveness for normal concrete

Extended workability in high ambient temperature

Cement saving is required

For conventional concrete containing cement replacements such as
Fly Ash or Slag

Water reduction up to 15% against control mix

Equal strength to control mix with less cement

Better improvement of early and final strength development

Compensates for slow early strength gain achieved by cement replacements
(PFA, GGBFS). Effectively work with cement replacement (PEA, GGBFS)

Increased workability by its plasticized effect

Good slump retention in high ambient temperature

400-1,000 cc per 100 kg of binder

Application Instructions
Dispensing

Plastocrete -53 is introduced into the mixer together with mixing water.
The addition of Plastocrete -53 to dry aggregate and cement is not
ecommended, as it lowers plasticizing effects or the water reduction.
