Dear Praying friend,

We are so grateful for your prayers.
Pray for each team member that recently made a trip to
Guatemala as they resume life in Canada. Pray that the
impact that the trip made on them will not be quickly
forgotten but that they can share about the work that is
happening in Guatemala. Pray for the Guatemalan
people who accepted Christ as a result of this trip, that
they will grow in their faith.
Anne, our daughter, left August 1st for Honduras to teach
for a year with Latin American Mission so there are a lot
of things going on at our house. Please keep us in your
prayers.

The 3rd Annual Stampeders Faith & Family Night is being held on
Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 when the Calgary Stampeders take on the
Edmonton Eskimos at 5 p.m. The past two events have been a great
success thanks to Shine FM and all of our amazing fans and we are
looking forward to continuing that tradition.
All churches and congregations in attendance are given a
discounted price on tickets and are invited down to the field postgame for a group photo. In addition, your church is eligible to win
great prizes and giveaways, including signed jerseys, footballs, and
pre-game sideline passes.

Prayer Series
Join the OCC global family in over 100 countries in prayer and fasting,
as we humble ourselves before our Heavenly Father and ask Him to
work in the hearts of children impacted by war, poverty, famine, disease
and exploitation that they may know Jesus.
Pray for:
Local volunteers who serve seasonally and year-round to carry out
the project around the world.
Gods guidance and protection as shoebox gifts are collected,
processed, shipped, and delivered overseas.
Boys and girls who receive shoebox gifts to hear the Gospel and
experience Gods love.
Children who enroll in The Greatest Journey follow-up
discipleship program to come to faith in Jesus and share the Good
News with their friends and family.
Thank God for providing more than 120 million shoebox gifts
since 1993, and pray that millions more boys and girls will
experience the love of Jesus through these simple gifts.

Pray for each child of our upcoming Soccer Camp that God
would prepare their hearts to receive Jesus
Pray for the Arabic Church that meets at WBC
Pray for our Leadership Boards Elders and Ministry Team
Pray that Westbourne can reach our goal of 1000 O.C.C. boxes in 2015.
We will begin packing shoeboxes at our Soccer Camp.
