Fish N Fins Back to the School Camp, will operate from 9 am to 2 pm, from Monday 17thFriday 28th August, 2015. We will provide a fully catered lunch, a boat ride, swim and snorkelling
sessions, as well as games and ocean conservation workshops, in partnership with the WAITT
Institute and Blue Halo, Montserrat. All of this for just, $25 EC a day!
All children registered on the full 2 week program will be entered into a prize draw to be held at the
end of camp!!! We will also be offering a special rate on swim classes to mothers of all kids
registered for the full 2 week program!
Completed registrations forms and full payment must be made by Friday14th, August 2015 to
guarantee your childs place on this course

AQUA Montserrats Health & Safety Policy 2015 & Data Protection
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT:
Aqua Montserrat is strongly committed to encouraging its participants to be safe and healthy.
In pursuing these aims the health, safety and well-being of each participant are, at all times, our
paramount concern. We will therefore take such reasonable steps as are required to ensure that
the area y in which we operate; the equipment we use; our guidance; the conduct of staff and
participants; and our policies and procedures, both routine and emergency provide an
environment conducive to health and safety.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY:
To support our Health & Safety policy statement we will:
Undertake regular, risk assessments all events and activities
Create as safe environment by putting health & safety measures in place as identified by
the assessment
Ensure that all participants are given the appropriate level of support dependent on age,
maturity and development
Ensure that all participants are aware of, understand and follow the clubs health & safety
policy
Appoint a competent club member to assist with health and safety responsibilities
Ensure that normal operating procedures and emergency operating procedures are in
place and known by all members
Provide access to adequate first aid facilities, telephone and qualified first aider at all times
Report to the staff any injuries or accidents sustained during any activity or event
Ensure that the implementation of the policy is reviewed regularly and monitored for
effectiveness.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Aqua Montserrat Kids Club collects and holds information on club members and their
parents/guardians for the following reasons:

Access to this information is generally restricted to club officials and coaches, who take
reasonable steps to hold it securely. The club will share limited amounts of information as required
with outside bodies such as medical and emergency services, and other snorkeling or ocean
conservation clubs. We will not release information to third parties for marketing purposes. In
joining the club, you and/or your parent/guardian consent to our collecting and using your personal
information in this way. You have the right to see a copy of the information we hold on you, and, if
notified of any inaccuracies in it, we will correct them. A full copy of the Clubs data protection
policy is available on request from the Club manager.
