Chet Huber is President of OnStar Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motors Corporation. He
assumed this position in June 1995. In 2005, he was appointed by the Bush Administration to serve on a Federal
Advisory Committee for the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) Injury Prevention and Control.

Ideas created by da Vinci continue to impact the way we live today. Join us as we honor ten visionaries whose time and effort
have positively improved the quality of life for us all.

The da Vinci Awards recognizes individuals, organizations, and corporations in the engineering, construction, and technical fields
whose design innovations have exceeded legally mandated requirements, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act,
to further empower people with disabilities. This year, six da Vinci Awards winners will be recognized. In addition, three special awards
will be presented at this year’s black-tie gala along with a da Vinci Apprentice Award.
