SAVING THE EARTH by 3R

Earth is the place where humans, animals, and plants live together happily. Why they can live
like that? The answer is because the elements in earth such as oxygen, water, ozone, ice, etc are in
balance state. But now, when the globalization spreading across the whole world, the condition of our
lovely earth are changing. The temperature are increasing, the ozone layer getting thicker, and the
climate changing randomly. And the scientist also predicted if the ice in north pole keep melting,
there will be no place to live because our land will be sinking down. This condition make our lovely
earth and us in danger state.

We must do something to avoid and restore our earth into balance condition. The first thing
that we must do is reducing our trash. Sometimes we don’t realize that our trash will bring serious
problem to our environment if we don’t manage it properly. Throwing trash carelessly in a big
number will bring serious problem to the environment. Every little trash will need a place to thrown,
so reduce our trash production is the most wise thing to do right now. Moreover, it will be better if we
also reduce using plastic, Styrofoam, and chemical based property because as we know together, those
things are cannot dislocated easily and also dangerous for our environment.

The second point that we must do is reuse our property. For example, it will be better if we
use rechargeable battery than using normal battery. Reuse our property mean we have done real action
to minimize the trash production, something that related with the first point, reduce. Reuse also mean
collecting our worn out property and give or sell it to the collector, so they can make recycled
property and also we can get some money from that.

Recycle is the third point of 3R, recycle is related with reuse. We can recycled our trash into
something that more valuable. Like organic trash can be converted into fertilizer that will become
useful for our plant. It also can be transformed into handicraft or another property that have economic
value. Beside it can be valuable in economic, recycled property also can open some working field
because to convert the trash it will need some human resource.

Global warming is one of the most critical issue that must be solved as fast as we can. 3R is
one of the easiest solution that we can do in our daily life but have a great effect for our environment.
So lets going green, doing 3R, saving our world together.
