STATE OF KANSAS, JOHNSON COUNTY, ss:
I, Samantha K. Shannon, Assistant District Attorney of said County, being duly
sworn on oath state to the Court that
GABRIEL WALKER DAVIS
did the following:
COUNT I - That on or about September 10, 2014, in the County of Johnson, State of Kansas,
GABRIEL WALKER DAVIS did then and there unlawfully, knowingly, willfully and feloniously, by
means of fire or explosive, damage any building or property, to-wit: 5450 Lackman, which is a
dwelling in which another person has any interest, to-wit: Richard Frank without the consent of
such other person, a severity level 6, person felony, in violation of K.S.A. 21-5812(a), K.S.A. 216804 and K.S.A. 21-6807. (arson)
COUNT II - Further that on or about September 10, 2014, in the County of Johnson, State of
Kansas, GABRIEL WALKER DAVIS did then and there unlawfully, willfully, feloniously,
knowingly and without authority enter into a dwelling, to-wit: 5450 Lackman with the intent to
commit a felony, or theft therein, to-wit: taking personal property items and/or setting the house
on fire, in violation of K.S.A. 21-5801 and/or K.S.A. 21-5812(a) , a severity level 7 person felony,
in violation of K.S.A. 21-5807, K.S.A. 21-6804 and K.S.A. 21-6807. (burglary of a dwelling)
COUNT III - Further that on or about September 10, 2014, in the County of Johnson, State of
Kansas, GABRIEL WALKER DAVIS did then and there unlawfully, feloniously and willfully
obtain or exert unauthorized control over property, to-wit: a 2013 black Honda Civic, a 2009
black Kawasaki KLX250, cash, and other personal property with the intention to permanently
deprive the owner, to-wit: Richard Frank of the possession, use or benefit of the property, of a
value of at least $25,000.00 but less than $100,000.00 a severity level 7 non-person felony, in
violation of K.S.A. 21-5801, K.S.A. 21-6804 and K.S.A. 21-6807. (theft)
