RE: Re-Location of County Democratic Headquarters

As of September 1, 2015 the Albany County Democratic Committee Headquarters will be

located at:

10 Colvin Avenue - Suite 101
Albany, NY 12206
For your convenience there is ample parking available at the rear of the building.
After many months of research and review of various locations, I have made the decision to relocate the ACDC Headquarters. After being in the current location since the mid 1990s we will
be relocating to achieve new objectives and yet carry on the mission of the Albany County
Democratic Committee which is to elect good democrats to serve Albany County. With this
move we will be able to achieve substantial savings on the monthly rent without compromising
on space. Additionally, we will operate in an environment that is not in competition with other
tenants in the building.
With a fresh coat of paint and the installation of phones and IT equipment and service, the space
is ready for our occupancy. The move is scheduled to take place the weekend of August 21-22,
2015. We will be utilizing the service of professional movers for the heavy furniture, but
volunteers are needed to assemble and place the other contents in the new office.
AN OPEN HOUSE will be planned for mid - September, after the Primary Election. The date
will be announced soon. A postcard will be sent to all committee members in the coming week
with all of this information.
