wall and roof, and shall check any concrete embeddings, such as conduit
pipe, sleeve pipe and outlet, etc., with arcitectural, mecehanical, and
electrical drawings.
7. The condition shall provide all measures and precautions necessary to
prevent settlement or any damage of adjacent existing or new
construction.
8. The constraction load on the floor should not exceed the specific design
live load during any stage of construction.
9. The contractor shall provide periodic elevation readings at specified
locations. Readings shall be taken and recorded at the completion of each
floor level by licensed surveyor wich approved by engineer. Recording
shall be submitted to the engineer of the completion of each floor level
FOUNDATION
1. Foundation is design based on soil test report prepared by PT. SOLEFOUND
SAKTI
2. The following fondation shall be used :
- Type of foundation
: bored pile
- Pile size
: 800
- Effective length
: 28 M
3. Excavation system
: Open cut and braced cut ( soldier pile )
4. Allowable capacity of pile :
- Compression
: 800mm : 350 ton
- Tension
: 800mm : 150 ton
5. Loading test for pile :
- Compression Test
: 800mm : 2 NOS 2.5 x 350
= 875 ton
2 NOS 2 x 350
-

Lateral Test

= 700 ton

: 800mm : 2 NOS 2 x 10= 20 ton

6. Actual pile legnth could vary from the design length based on the actual
soil condition at the site subject to the engineer approval.

7. Actual location of each pile shall be measured and reported to the

engineer immediately.

engineer.
5. Tensile tests and bending tests of reinforcement shall be executed and
submitted in accordance with the approved method by the engineer or in
accordance with specification requirment.
6. All reinforcement works shall be inspected by the approved inspectors
before concreting.
CONCRETE
1. All concrete shall be proportion to produce a dense and workable mix
having following concrete compressive strength at 28 days. The concrete
strengths shall be verified by cubic mold tests based on applicable JIS,
ASTM or BS standards.
2. All concrete shall be normal weight concrete wiith aproximately 2.3 T/M 3
of the unit weight and shall be ready-mixed concrete.
3. Cement shall be ordinary portland cement conforming to JIS, ASTM or BS
standard or approved equal.
