Feeling lethargic? Drained?

What are some tips that you have that have worked for you?
Personally, diet, daily exercise play a huge role for me.

Raphael Hauser Daily exercise as well as walking to places instead of taking the transports as much as possible. Also, fullon and morning psytrance are excellent mood lifters for the day.

Brock Springstead lol in all honesty - I rock potassium like no other, I'm sure I'm radioactive as hell from the amount of
bananas I eat. I do drink a lot of coffee, but I also drink 4-5times as much water on top of that. I avoid refined sugar and try to
eat as much raw fruit on top of the bananas as possible in a day on top of a lot of salads..I eat slowly over time throughout
the day and rarely have huge meals all at once. paleo diet for the most part if I had to describe it... totally kidding about
smoking another and making more coffee haha, I'm actually not 18 anymore - woo!

Miguel ngel Rbago Exercise is the real secret. Want to know why it is true? Because it actually takes effort to do it.
Anything that actually costs you, is worth it. Good news is you will become addicted to it too, so it will be a way of life in a
month. Nothing beats excercise, even if it is only just cardio. For me, SPECIALLY if it is just cardio. My psychiatrist would
never deny it: the only thing better than these meds (anti depressants and mood stabilizers) is exercise.

Simon Thomas Keel I actually don't know if walking makes you have more energy but it will make you more relaxed. A
important thing is to not see darkness in life and try to see things in a happier light. I used to think things were so dark and
the world was such a dark, psychedelic definitely have their place in correcting this thought process but the biggest thing is
making sure you know why you are thinking this way. It is not a fun way to think at all.

much more than just an aphrodisiac. Its a full body healer. Ive noticed it not only helps cultivate sexual energy but also i feel
