Comunicating Styles

An Assessment of Personal Styles

INSTRUCTIONS
There are not right or wrong answers on this questionnaire. Basically, this is a survey that enables you to describe the
underlying strengths you use in your relationships with others. You will be presented with a number of self-descriptive
statements, each of which will be followed by four different endings. You have to indicate the order in which you feel each ending
is characteristic of yourself. On the answer sheet to the right of sentence, fill the number (6, 4, 3, or 1) using the alternative i s
most like you. Use number 6 for the ending most like you; 4 next most like you; 3 next most; and number 1 least like you.

Please use each number only once and number all endings. Even if two choices seem equally like you, or two others seem
equally unlike you, please rank them anyway.
