Process Management
Emerson Process Management is a leader in helping businesses automate their production, processing

Qualifications
Overall Purpose of the Role
Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System and procedures.
Promote continuous improvement and right first time culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Read and understand Quality plan and Fisher Quality procedures.
Read and understand assembly, cross-sectional and dimensional drawings.
Read and understand Construction codes, International standards and Customer specification
Prepare and maintain Quality documents and records.
Offer control valve testing to Customer as per procedures & specifications.
Review MTCs/CMTR, NDE reports and radiographs.
Perform receiving inspection as per incoming inspection plan.
Perform in-process inspection as required by Quality plan (Visual, heat no. verification, PMI, hardness,
DFT etc.,)
Carry out final Inspection as per the Quality plan, PO & specification
Carry out inspection of castings, machined parts and painting at supplier place
Maintain Inspection schedule and offer valves for customer / TPI inspection
Raise non-conformance and follow up for corrective action and close out.
Maintain validity of calibration for instruments and equipments
Prepare and maintain reports of inspection and audits.
Maintain RFT data and prepare reports of analysis
Prepare final valve certification as per PO requirements.
Coordinate with other departments for inspection at various stages.
Coordinate with CSN/other WA for close out of Service requests
