About Al Ahli Holding Group:


Al Ahli Holding Group is UAE-based dynamic group of companies that was formed over 40 years ago and
has since evolved into a multi-disciplined corporation with a diverse portfolio of activities. Through its CSR
division, it contributes back to society by aiming to develop youth, building their skills and widening their
horizons and exposure.
Our Mission is to build a well-developed and professional young Arab generation, who can compete and
lead in the national and international business markets. Using the power of partnership and co-operation
with different organizations as vehicle, we join our hands with them to create the business leaders of
tomorrow.
This mission is carried out through developing the Emirati and Arab youth by building their
entrepreneurship skills through initiatives that will broaden their horizons and exposure, as well as
programs that will support and heavily encourage their development of interpersonal and business skills.
ABOUT LE CNAM Liban
The Cnam-France (www.cnam.fr), created in 1794, is one of the most famous and performant academic
teaching center in France and Europe, for workers who wishes to continue their studies.
The Cnam-Liban is a regional center attached to Cnam-France. Mr. Kamal Joumblatt and Mr. Jospeh Abi
Nader, two visionary and CSR persons of that time, launched it in 1974. This center was renamed recently
"Institut Suprieur des Sciences Appliques et Economiques", or simply ISSAE Cnam-Liban:
www.isae.edu.lb.

The Cnam Liban is an institution of higher education. It is intended primarily for students who work and
who wish to continue their studies. Le CNAM Liban works closely with businesses to meet their training
needs.
It performs three tasks: learning throughout life, do research and disseminate scientific and technical
culture.
Our added values are in offering European diplomas for all our graduating students in the following fields:
1. BA in Finance, Management, Business, Marketing, Accounting & Statistics.
2. Master 2 in Finance and Management & Statistics.
3. BS (Engineering level) in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical,
Energetic, Petrochemical & Civil Engineering.

MoU Objectives:
This MoU serves as framework to facilitate collaboration and cooperation between Al Ahli Holding Group
and LE CNAM Liban With the objective of strengthening the professional relations between our two
organizations, with special focus to be placed in supporting youth and women around the world in their
leadership and entrepreneurial goals in addition for internship development and opportunities, to achieve
better understanding between the two organizations on the basis of equality and mutual benefits.

Areas of Collaboration:
LE CNAM Liban commitments:

Support and partner CSR (corporate social responsibility) Al Ahli Holding group various
programs that invest in creating entrepreneurs and social responsibility leaders.
Nominate and outreach Lebanese youth annually to participate in the programs organized by
Al Ahli Holding Group in various countries.
Present and promote CSR Al Ahli Holding Group programs and initiatives.
Jointly select Trainers and Speakers for CSR Al Ahli Holding Group programs and initiatives.
Jointly nominate and select Interns for the CSR center.
Provide the required logistical support and facilities to establish and activate a CSR Center at
The university premises. Such as the following:
Office (fully equipped)
Office Supplies and equipments.

CSR Division Obligations:

Recognize LE CNAM Liban as a partner in all programs and initiatives that the LE CNAM Liban
contributes to. This includes but not limited to- press releases, speeches and all
announcements about different events included in the program.
Include LE CNAM'S Logo in all promotional and printing material in all programs and
initiatives that the LE CNAM Liban contributes to.
Establish LE CNAM Liban / Al Ahli CSR Centre providing management support and guidance.
Ensure that all planned activities and processes are effectively implemented in terms of the
approved strategic plan.
Note all developments in terms of educational policy, practice and legislation and ensure
that all CSR programs adapt to these in a positive and constructive way.
Monitor and record any progress or failure to ensure continuous quality of teaching and
learning during the CSR Programs.
Undertake timely and effective problem-solving action in order to ensure that the programs
are as effective as possible.
Provide project closure reports to the authorized signatories of this MoU.
Jointly with LE CNAM Liban evaluate the outcomes and maintain the quality of service and
report back with results and evaluations outcome.
Responsible to provide trainers and speakers for all CSR programs in Lebanon.

Implementation MoU:

Either party may propose collaboration programs. The selection and implementation of
collaboration projects will be agreed by the parties. The parties may assist each other in the
implementation of the agreed projects according to its budget availability.

A separate agreement will be prepared pointing the details of each partys obligations and
commitments for any proposed program or initiative.

The collaboration and cooperation will be conducted according with the legislation in force in each
organization and within the competence and resources of each party.

This MoU shall be effective from the date of signature.

Either party may at any time give a one-month notice to the other party of its decision to terminate
this MoU. In such a case, the conclusion of projects under execution will be agreed by the parties.
