JOB TITLE:

Analyst Level (0-3 years experience) or Associate Level (3-6 years experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Analyst/Associate will be performing the following:

o financial modelling and analysis
o creation of information memorandums, pitch books and power point presentations
o involvement in all aspects of a transaction including pitching, due diligence, analysis, negotiation, documentation
and closing
o liaising with clients on deal transaction issues
o performing industry/company research and analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have strong interest/knowledge in corporate finance, accounting, financial valuation and capital markets
concepts
Must have excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, writing and deal management skills
Depending on experience level, applicant must have strong financial modelling skills and transaction/industry
knowledge
Must be willing to travel and work in other countries in Asia
Ideal applicants will have a bachelors or post-graduate degree in finance, economics, business management,
accounting or related field
CFA exam passers and CPA holders a plus
