Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to implement policies/procedure/
goal/objective.
Provide direction for system improvements and changes to operational requirements.
Complete monthly and quarterly report of needed & prepare /submit MIS as desired by MD/ED.
Prepare periodic productivity and performance report and analysis.
Managing HO Operation team, Vendor dept/Short and Excess department/Undelivered
dept/Tracking dept and operation audit department.
Direct investigation to verify and resolve customers or shippers complaint receive directly or
through CRM dept, or through internal staff.
Closely monitoring Short Excess and damage cases.
14 Visit all India branches as well as customers yard in order to provide highest level of service and
for ensuring smooth operation.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
Team member in implementing DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE in Delhi. DTD service are being

minimizing ex-warehouse collection and meeting the customer demand.

The Accountabilities:
Stacking the stocks according to bin location and as per the standard norms.
Responsible for perpetual inventory with the team on a daily basis.
Responsible for cycle count report with the team on a daily basis.
Maintaining the inventory on ERP and making statements.
Liaising with sales & marketing team to close the sales on time.
Handling warehousing activities of 6500 sq. ft. warehouses with an inventory worth Rs.8.5
Crores.
Monitoring the receipts, dispatches and cash of delivery.
Filing of Insurance cases for good damaged or lost in transit.
Invoicing and dispatch of the sales orders logged into the system and ensuring its execution within
the time frame.
Updating the stock and allocating the bin for the material received with bar-coding and scanning.
Checking the daily stock taken on the basis of ABC analysis.
Formulating the daily and weekly reports on dispatches.
Supervising the security staff and providing assistance to maintain proper records of receipts,
dispatches and filing the records for future reference and to meet all statutory requirements by the
Finance department.
Customer Retention

Coordination the services related to key clients all over India from pick up to delivery

Maintaining of undelivered Record.
Smooth dispatching of undelivered statement from corp. office to booking branches, regional office.
Undelivered Reason Cross checking with the delivery Branches.
Follow-up for undelivered consignments with the booking branches & delivery branches
