the installation process.

This error message is often caused when user does not have the administrator right of the computer. To
run most installations on Windows XP machines, you are often required to be the administrator of the
computer or have some kind of administrative privileges. The reason why installations require
administrative privileges is because many times installations access the Windows registry and Windows
System folders. If you are trying to install software on a computer in a corporate environment, you need to
contact your system administrator to give you administrative privileges on your computer.
You may have insufficient disk space disk space in your computer to install the program. Please erase

My GoGear player cannot find my Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system
If you intend to connect your Bluetooth headset, please make sure the headset is Bluetooth stereo audio headset. A
Bluetooth mono headset cannot support music playback and as a result you will not be able to use it with our player
Also, please make sure to turn on your Bluetooth headphone, home or car audio system and that they are visible for
searches from GoGear player. Please refer to the user manual of those devices to find out how to do that.
My GoGear player can detect my Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system, but I fail to
connect to that device
If this is the first time you connect to your Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system, please make
sure that device is in pairing mode. The user manual of the Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system
should provide you the instruction on how to set the device in this mode when this is the first time to do the
connection. Note that the device needs to support stereo audio streaming over Bluetooth (sometimes referred in
user manuals as A2DP profile or service support). Please refer to the user manual of that device to find out if A2DP
is supported.

When I am trying to connect my GoGear player to my Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car
audio system the GoGear player asks me to enter 4 digits number, what is this number for and
where should I find this number?
This 4 digits number is the passcode that you will need to input on both Bluetooth devices only once on the first
time you connect the two devices. This passcode needs to be the same on both devices. Some devices like
Bluetooth stereo headphones which do not have the possibility to input a passcode use a default passcode (normally
0000, but also in some devices 1234 or 8888 is used). You are advised to find this passcode provided on the user
manual of the Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system. For devices which offer the possibility to
input a passcode in their user interfaces, the passcode can be any digits chosen by the user as long as the same digits
are entered in the GoGear and in the device the user is trying to connect to.

When I am listening to the music of my GoGear in my Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car
audio system, the music gets sometimes interrupted for short periods.
The range at which Bluetooth devices can play stereo music depend not only on the distance between the devices,
but also on the number of walls/obstacles/interference between them. Short interruptions may be an indication that
you are getting GoGear too far from the Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system
(Back to the top)
I was listening to the music of my GoGear in my Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio
system, but the music suddenly stopped and my GoGear indicated that the device was disconnected
If GoGear has moved too far from the Bluetooth stereo headphone, home or car audio system the connection may
have been lost. Please move the two devices closer and connect them again if the two devices fail to reconnect
automatically. Note that before the connection is totally lost between GoGear and the other device, there might be
short interruptions of the audio (as per previous FAQ)
