NAME, MAKE, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT Mr. RICARDO B. MALANAO, likewise of
legal age, Filipino and with address at 1020 Don Benito Legardad St., Sampaloc, Manila and
Atty. ROGELIO B. DE GUZMAN, of legal age, Filipino and with address at 1571 Basilio Street,
Sampaloc, Manila, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact and the latter also as my
LAWYER, for me and in my name, place and stead to do or perform the following acts and
things to wit:
To collect and receive my separation pay/retirement benefits, unpaid wages, benefits and
interests thereon and all monies and properties deducted for settled monies and properties
accountabilities from METRO, INC., and/or LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT AUTHORITY, and/or their
responsible officers and sue in my behalf with full power to enter into compromise agreement
and alternative dispute resolution upon terms acceptable to my attorneys;
To represent me in all stages of the proceedings, sign and execute all pleadings, motions,
memorandum, verification, certifications, deliver the pertinent documents upon terms acceptable
to my said attorneys, to receive and deduct from the amount they may recover the lawful
professional fees of the lawyer, including legal and representation expenses, which amount
should not be more than 7.5 to 8% of the total amount received and/or collected for the
undersigned Principal.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING to my attorneys full power and authority and
ratifying all acts done by them as if done by me or in my presence.
