It provides a cost effective and efficient management system.
Capital hospital:
It started function in September 1992.
The Capital Hospital provides free treatment to the CDA
employees, their families and dependent parents.
It provides the latest diagnostic and treatment facilities.
It has the distinct privilege of introducing Nuclear
Cardiology to Pakistan in 1985.
The other cardiac diagnostic facilities available in the
hospital include Treadmill Exercise ECG testing, 24 hours
ambulatory ECG monitoring and Echo- Cardiographs
It has Department of General Surgery, Orthopedics,
Urology, Gynae and Obstetrics, Neo-anthology, Eye &
ENT, Post-operative Intensive Care and Accident and
Emergency Department.
It has X-Ray Department, Pathology Laboratory, Dental
Clinic, Dermatology Department and Mother & child
Health Centre.
It is also open to the general public.
Hajj information and online application:

It provides general information about all aspects of the
Hajj and arrangements being made for the Pakistani
Pilgrims.
It is also responsible for the welfare and safety of
pilgrims and zairines.
The applicant must have a passport valid for at least six
more months and acceptable both for entry to Saudi
Arabia and entry to the next destination; the passport
should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to
each other.
The pilgrims are allowed to bring 10 liter can of Aab-e-
Zam Zam free of cost with their luggage.
Mandatory requirement of Computerized National
Identity Card (CNIC) for filing of Hajj applications will
remain intact
Saudi Government will affix Hajj Visa only on
Machine Readable International Passport (MRIP),
having validity of at-least one year on the date of filing
the Hajj application.
The main activities also include research based Islamic
studies, holding of conferences, seminars ,training
education of Ulemas and Khateebs , proper
organization of zakat and exchange of visits of scholars
of Islamic learning.
There are six subordinate offices working as
Directorates of Hajj of this Ministry and two
Autonomous bodies i.e. Council of Islamic Ideology
and Pakistan Madrassah Education Board.
Automation of Malir District Court:
The Judicial District Malir was created in September
1994 with the strength of five under mentioned
Courts.
Ghulam Mustafa Memon and Shameem Akhtar are
top list judges.
District Courts, Criminal Courts, family courts,
small claim courts are placed in this district.
The new building of courts is housing a proper IT
room on the first floor adjacent to the central library.
Facilities include computers, printers, scanner, and
multimedia kit in air conditioned and secured
environment.
