I'm a professional integrity engineer with more than 08 years of extensive experience in pressurized
equipment integrity and risk management, related regulatory schemes, codes and standards, and
application of software solutions in the oil and gas industry.
I have strong technical background in the field of asset integrity management (AIM), RBI assessment,
corrosion and damage mechanisms, fitness-for-service (FFS) studies, in-line inspections and direct
assessment of pressure vessels, fin fan coolers, heat ex-changers.

RBI & Corrosion Engineer - TIC (working for BG Tunisia)

Evaluate the internal corrosion in various flow streams plant-wide as per requirements
by utilizing corrosion coupons and probes.

Collect and analyze corrosion monitoring data using AMULET software.

Analyze the data gathered and establish Corrosion Rates and Remaining Life of
equipment and piping.

Conduct Failure Analysis (RCA) on Material and System Failures starting from
metallurgical sampling and microstructure Interpretation.

Recommend Corrosion Control Strategies and Risk Mitigation Actions to recognized


High Corrosion Areas.

Review and monitor new and existing Cathodic Protection Systems, including
Impressed Current and Sacrificial Methods and recommends necessary Current
Adjustments and Anode Renewal programs.

Recommend changes in the corrosion criticality analysis and monitoring/inspection


program where appropriate and ensure all relevant data is entered into the database.

Ensure materials are selected in line with relevant COMPANY/BG/ International


standards and specifications specially for sour service.

RBI / Integrity Engineer - TIC (for BG Tunisia)

Collect the process and mechanical data of fixed equipment, piping and pipeline from
the relevant documentation.

Participate in the RBI team and provide corrosion data, damage mechanisms and
corrosion loops in order to implement the RBMI software.

Receive the inspection data back from the baseline inspection technicians and update the
RBMI database with the relevant data, update the RBI parameters as required, re-run the
analysis and provide the data for changes to equipment frequencies that has to be
entered into RBMI.

Identifying all Safety Critical Equipment (SCEs), developing Performance Standards and
Verification Schemes and control their implementation to ensure all SCEs are correctly
maintained and performs as per design

Provide KPI data, analysis of performance and as a result develop action plans for
improvement

Familiar with API 580/581 Standards and basic RBI Principles, Thorough with
Degradation Mechanisms including API 572.

Prepare and review the plant inspection history.

Implement inspection recommendations to satisfactory results & maintain defects &


anomaly repair register & update inspection historical database.

Prepare a deadleg register for offshore and onshore plant.

Supervise & ensure that periodic wall thickness & inspection of pressure systems are
carried out in accordance with the written scheme of examination (WSoE).

Use Maximo to schedule & record completion of all track inspections through the use of
Inspection Work Orders.

Prepare inspection plans for vessels, pipeworks, structures, pipelines in line with
Tunisian legislation requirements, Integrity strategies and RBI studies;

Carry out Internal / external visual inspection of pressure vessels, coolers, storage tanks,
Boilers ,filters & tower etc including piping as per API510/570/653, ANSI B31.3,ASME
Sec VIII.

Contribute to the operation of the Quality Control (QC) on site by providing technical
guidance and expertise in the field of welding and fabrication to meet the requirements
of international codes/ standards and client contract specifications.
Maintain, renew and develop Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure
Qualification Records (PQR) to meet the requirements of ASME IX, AWS-D1.1, API1104 and other relevant codes and standards of different material like CS, SS, Duplex,
Nickel alloy, Aluminum etc.

Inspection during all stages of fabrication, welding, dimensional control and onshore/

Manufacturing & Erection Quality Checking of Static Equipments, Pressure Vessels,


Piping, as well as structure, NDT testing, Welder qualification, WPS & QC

Assist in preparation of method statements and Technical Work Instruction related to

Coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports

Familiar with non-destructive inspection methods such as UT, RT, MT, ILI, Phased array
, Ferrite Measurement, PMI , In-Situ Metallography , Thermography , Portable Hardness.
