PERFORM THESE CRITICAL MAINTENANCE CHECKS

BEFORE OPERATING THE GENERATOR.
ENCLOSURE AND TRAILER CHECKS
1. Verify trailer is level and tires are blocked.
2. Check trailer tire pressure.
3. Verify radiator, exhaust and any enclosure vents are clear and
free of obstructions.
4. Inspect electrical output wiring and connections.

Check engine coolant level.

Check engine belts for cracks, wear, and damage.
Check engine cooling system hoses for leaks or damage.
Inspect engine air filter; empty dust ejector (if equipped).
Check engine cooling fan bearing for lubrication.
FUEL SYSTEM CHECKS

1. Check fuel pressure on separator gauge (15-20 psi).
2. Inspect all fuel hoses and fittings for leaks or damage.
3. Drain fuel/water separator into a suitable container; dispose of
Contaminated water according to regulations.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM CHECKS

1. Verify oil reservoir valve is open for operation (closed for transport).
2. After the engine has been stopped for a minimum of 10 minutes
the oil level will increase slightly in the sight glass from the operating
level. When the engine is operating the oil should be just below
half way on the sight glass.
