Our main goal is to provide high strength, high quality, concrete products. This endeavor to support
the developers, construction companies and builders in their quest to provide and attain high quality drainage
and sewer facilities in their developmental projects has always motivated our company to inculcate efficiency
and team work in our systems. We have, also, continued our efforts to uplift the discipline involved in concrete
pipe casting by introducing new technology through proper research and development and improve our
methodologies and production processes.

Description of Manufacturing Plant

Our Manufacturing plant is located on a 21,000 square meter property at Km.38 Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria,
Bulacan. It is 15 kilometers away from the cement factories and 5 kilometers away from aggregate crushing
plants.

Compartmentalized Materials Storage

Fine and coarse aggregates are carefully stored in different compartments to ensure the
consistency in the proportion of aggregates in our concrete mix. These materials are washed before loading to
different hoppers above the batching plant to ensure that the materials we use are free from clay or other
indigenous agents that may affect the strength of our concrete mix.

Proportioning of Materials
After the proper segregation and cleaning of the fine and coarse aggregates, the materials are then
conveyed to the batching plant and are batched by weight in accordance with the specifications to ensure the
consistency of the concrete mix.

Concrete Mix

Our dry cast method of production requires a consistent proportioning of fine and coarse mineral
aggregates and Portland Cement, in order to attain concrete strength of up to 4500 psi and sometimes when
necessary up to 5000 psi. To achieve this goal, a concrete batching plant have been installed in our
manufacturing plant. Fine and coarse aggregates, Portland cement, and water are all measured by weight
before loading into our concrete turbine mortar mixer. The materials are then mixed thoroughly to attain a
consistent concrete mixture in all the pipes that we manufacture.

Pipe Casting
After achieving the desired concrete mixture and fabricating the reinforcing bars, the materials are
brought to the concrete pipe casting area. The adequately mixed low slump concrete mix is then distributed on
to the vertical moulds while the external vibrators attached to the moulds are activated. The intense vibration
applied ensures maimum compaction and produces a high density of concrete in the concrete pipe walls
during concrete placement. The upper portion of the mould is sealed and blows of pressure of up to 8000 psi is
applied to drive out excess water. The pipe is then lifted to the curing area and are inspected by our quality
control technicians.

Reinforcing Bars Fabrication Area

Steel Reinforcement for our pipes are fabricated in a different building. These reinforcing rings are
spliced, formed according to the approved specifications of the client, tied or spot welded, weighed and
inspected before being transferred and used in the concrete pipe casting area.

Materials Handling and Delivery

We have 4 units of Forklifts that are used for the proper handling and storage of our finished
products. We also have 10 units of 10-wheeler Cargo Trucks that are used for deliveries to our customers.
These are used together with back-up units of two trailers to ensure that our commitment on deliveries always
arrive on time.
