INDUSTRY PROFILE
Humidification is simply the addition of water to air. Improper humidity levels (either too
high or too low) can cause discomfort for people and damage many kinds of equipment
and materials. Conversely, the proper type of humidification equipment can help you
achieve effective, economical and trouble-free control of humidity. Dry air can cause a
variety of costly, troublesome and sometimes dangerous problems, especially when you
are processing or handling hygroscopic materials such as wood, paper, textile fibers,
leather or chemicals. Dry air or fluctuating humidity can cause serious production
problems and/or material deterioration. Dry air can also adversely affect hygroscopic
materials in museums, schools, banks, churches and office buildings. In dry atmospheric
conditions static electricity can interfere with efficient operation of production machinery,
computers and other office machines. Where static-prone materials such as paper, films,
computer disks and other plastics are handled, dry air aggravates the static problem. In
potentially explosive environments, dry air and its resultant static electricity can be
extremely dangerous.
Most people think of humidification systems as small, portable units that can be used in a
home to combat dry air during the winter months, or hot, arid air during the summer
months. However, humidification systems are not just for home use. Humidifiers are
also useful for dust suppression or improving food safety. Commercial and industrial
humidifiers are used in many factories and large corporations to protect product and
maintain optimal conditions for employees and other staff members. Without a proper
level of humidity in a work or manufacturing space, product can be damaged, machinery
can fail to operate appropriately, and employees can be harmed, or become susceptible to
respiratory illness caused by airborne inhalants or foreign particles.
Cold storage humidification systems provide for the safe transport and storage of food
items, as the produce or products can be kept at constant temperature, with optimal
airflow and appropriate moisture levels. Proper humidification can have a huge impact
on the quality of a work environment, the quality of the product produced in that
environment, and the quality of food that is served to those people working in that
environment. In short, investing in an appropriate humidification system is an investment
in the improvement of your companys bottom line.

Humidification
in
textile
manufacturing
has
many
benefits
that
will
enhance profitability:
Product weight - preventing moisture loss during a textiles processing and storage can
reduce weight loss from a typical 4% to just 0.5%.
Yarn quality - correct humidification will maintain yarn strength and elasticity,
producing a better quality product with higher margins. Wastage is also reduced through a
reduction in shedding.
Static control - Static can cause reduced productivity and product quality due to lint and
fly attraction, machine jams and employee discomfort or even accidents. Higher humidity
naturally dissipates static charges alleviating these problems.
Weaving efficiency - optimal humidification reduces yarn breakages in weaving,
reducing machine downtime as well as loom stop marks and weavers knots in the
finished product.
Employee comfort - humidifiers can deliver around 5C of evaporative cooling to a
textile production facility, while suppressing dust, fly and lint. This creates a healthier
and more productive atmosphere for employees.

Ventilation Plants :
Aero Based Control Systems Private Limited supplies ventilation plant with or
without evaporative cooling for different application.
20
Chillers:
A chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression or
absorption refrigeration cycle. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger
to cool air or equipment as required. As a necessary byproduct, refrigeration creates
waste heat that must be exhausted to ambient or, for greater efficiency, recovered for
heating purposes. Concerns in design and selection of chillers include performance,
efficiency, maintenance, and product life cycle environmental impact.Aero Based Control
Systems Private Limited supplies chillers for air conditioning system.

S.W.O.T. ANALYSIS
The SWOT analysis provides information that is helpful in matching the firm's resources
and capabilities to the competitive environment in which it operates. As such, it is
instrumental in strategy formulation and selection. The following diagram shows how a
SWOT analysis fits into an environmental scan:
42
Internal Analysis
Strengths Weaknesses
External Analysis
Opportunities Threats
SWOT Matrix
STRENGTHS
A firm's strengths are its resources and capabilities that can be used as a basis for
developing a competitive advantage. Examples of such strengths include:
patents
43
STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES
Opportunities
S-O strategies
W-O strategies
Threats
S-T strategies
W-T strategies
44
WEAKNESSES
The absence of certain strengths may be viewed as a weakness. For example, each of the
following may be considered weaknesses:
lack of patent protection
a weak brand name
poor reputation among customers
high cost structure
lack of access to the best natural resources
lack of access to key distribution channels
In some cases, a weakness may be the flip side of a strength. Take the case in which a
firm has a large amount of manufacturing capacity. While this capacity may be
considered a strength that competitors do not share, it also may be a considered a
weakness if the large investment in manufacturing capacity prevents the firm from
reacting quickly to changes in the strategic environment.
45
OPPORTUNITIES
The external environmental analysis may reveal certain new opportunities for profit and
growth. Some examples of such opportunities include:
loosening of regulations
46
THREATS
Changes in the external environmental also may present threats to the firm. Some
examples of such threats include:
new regulations
47
S-T strategies identify ways that the firm can use its strengths to reduce its
vulnerability to external threats.
W-T strategies establish a defensive plan to prevent the firm's weaknesses from
making it highly susceptible to external threats.
48
The recruitment is most on the base of seniority, but the company has also keep in
mind of skilled and able person.
Company should start the professional working approach even in the organization
and arrange the seminars to aware the people about professionalism.
49
