PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
The production department is responsible for converting inputs into outputs through the
stages of production processes. The Production Manager is responsible for making sure
that raw materials are provided and made into finished goods effectively. He or she must

Fully Automatic and Manual Humidification Plant for Textile Units :

Aero Based Control Systems Private Limited are a major system integrator for fully
automatic humidification system in India. Following are the system configuration in a
fully automatic system installed by them.
The right blend of Fresh air, Bye pass air and Return air is achieved by
automatic regulation of multiple shutters to achieve the accurate resultant
conditions in the given department.

The air washers spray and saturation of air is monitored and controlled by
VFD installed in the spray pump. The command from the DDC controller
automatically regulates the spray to achieve the desired relative humidity. This
saves power on regular operation.

Automatic collection and disposal of waste from the return air system. This
keeps the return air channel clean for uniform evacuation of air and reduces
clogging of air washer. This reduces man power.

Provide run status report in Central Monitoring System and also facilitates
data logging for retrieval at a later date.

operated simple humidification system suitable for all departments. The system works on
evaporative cooling and has stationary manually clean filter for the return air.
The system, based on the requirement of the department according to various

WEAKNESSES
The absence of certain strengths may be viewed as a weakness. For example, each of the

In some cases, a weakness may be the flip side of a strength. Take the case in which a
firm has a large amount of manufacturing capacity. While this capacity may be

reacting quickly to changes in the strategic environment.

THE S.W.O.T. MATRIX

A firm should not necessarily pursue the more lucrative opportunities. Rather, it may
have a better chance at developing a competitive advantage by identifying a fit between
the firm's strengths and upcoming opportunities. In some cases, the firm can overcome a
weakness in order to prepare itself to pursue a compelling opportunity.
To develop strategies that take into account the SWOT profile, a matrix of these factors
can be constructed. The SWOT matrix (also known as a TOWS Matrix) is shown below:

S-O strategies pursue opportunities that are a good fit to the company's strengths.
W-O strategies overcome weaknesses to pursue opportunities.
S-T strategies identify ways that the firm can use its strengths to reduce its
vulnerability to external threats.

making it highly susceptible to external threats.

Company has producing those products, which has widely demanded product in
this district like textile humidifiers.
The recruitment is most on the base of seniority, but the company has also keep in
mind of skilled and able person.
Company should start the professional working approach even in the organization
and arrange the seminars to aware the people about professionalism.
They have to handle top management and lower managements grievance.

ABC Systems Private Limited Industry visit is very remarkable visit. In India there are
few industries which are producing different types of machinery.
ABC Systems Private Limited is a large scale industry it is located in at Coimbatore so it

supplies of a labor on cheaper rate. At this a visit we show all section of this industry and
we know information about process how they producing different types of humidification
plants.
I also get information about various department of company. I am very thankful to those
who gave me information about these industries to top to bottom management,
marketing, finance, and others.
