Dear Sir (s),
Being instructed by our above named client; we are, hereby, sending this Notice
Demanding Justice upon you as under:
1. That on 13.01.2014 our client, by dint of a Departmental Order issued
vide Memo No. m~ bs- 24-weDev (Kg)/7/31.1/2010;
was appointed in the post of assistant on temporary basis (SL No. 1826).

2. That, thereafter, on 19.01.2014 he joined the Bangladesh Power


Development Board [the BPDB] and through another Departmental
Order

(Kg)/7/8.3/2014 dated 26.01.2015 he was posted/transferred to


the Distribution, North-Zone, BPDB, Rajshahi. Afterwards, he officially
joined to the Department on 13.02.2014 by submitting a joining letter.
3. That all of a sudden, our client suffered from an unexpected serious
illness which made him unable to conduct official duties and caused him
to be absent to his office. That after perusing his medical certificates and
other relevant documents the authority became satisfied and pardoned his
absence by granting leave without payment in favour of our client from
04.02.2014 to 04.05.2014 vide an Official Order issued by the Notice
Recipient No. 11 bearing memo No. ^viK bs- ccivR/ckv-

14/2014/1405, dated 12.05.2014 and also directed that our client is


to be appointed in the office of BBB-5, BPDB, Rajshahi as well as
regular salary is to be paid to our client.
4. That thereafter, on 05.05.2015 our Client went to that concern department
(Office of the Chief Engineer, Distribution, North Zone, BPDB, Rajshahi)
and submitted his joining letter but surprisingly, the authority refused to
receive the joining letter and verbally asked our client to revisit in the
next week. Afterwards, our client visited the office several times, tried to
join his office by submitting joining letter but he was rejected
successively by not providing any written receipt thereon. Our Client also
visited the Office of the Karmachari Paridaptar, Wapda Building,

Motijheel, Dhaka. Nevertheless, our client unexpectedly came to know


that he was dismissed from his job, on the ground of unauthorized
absence in Office, thorough an Official Order issued by the notice
recipient No. 10 vide the Memo bearing No. m~ bs t 215

weDev (Kg)/7/25.3/2014 dated 05.06.2014.


5. That afterwards, our client tried to notify this matter of his unlawful
dismissal to the abovementioned notice recipients knowledge (both
physically and in writing) in order to seeking justice from them but no
one paid heed to our clients repeated urges. However, lastly on
11.05.2015 our client send applications through registered post to some of
the notice recipients ( i.e. Nos. 2, 7 & 10) and obtained receipt copy from
the Secretary of the DPDB.
6. That it is to be emphasized that our client was dismissed capriciously,
unreasonably, arbitrarily and

secretly with purported and malafide

intention. His leave was granted as well as excused by the authority vide
its

12.05.2014 through an Official Order issued by Mr. Pradip Kumar


Paramanik, ID No. 3-0079, Deputy Director (Admin) (acting), Bitaran,
North Zone, BUBO, Rajshahi. In addition, no reasonable explanation was
given as to justify his arbitrary & secret dismissal.
7. That under such circumstances, you are hereby humbly requested to settle
down the issue by withdrawing the Office Order dated 05.06.2014 issued
by the notice recipient No. 10 vide its Memo No. m~ bs t 215

weDev (Kg)/7/25.3/2014 as well as by allowing our client


to join his office/job within 7 (seven) days of receiving this notice.
Failing which, we have clear instructions from our client to take
necessary legal action including to file a Writ Petition before the Honble
High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
A true Copy of this notice has been kept in our office for future references, shall
it be necessary.
