These five points are the main objectives of this portfolio. This portfolio
includes images and data to show my participation in this activity. To share
the experience while I got on that time, I have reflected the effectiveness of
doing service programme beside that I have wrote on some encouraging
events to make other people to involve on these types of activities. Finally I
have explained some real situation that I saw on this activity.
First entry
memorize the holy Quran. Our groups were guided by Madam Noorul
Nuda and Miss Inthan Zulkafa. By arranging group meetings we plan
thoroughly for this service programme. For the group initially we
appointed one male and female representative, other members were
appointed in to other various categories such as MC, team leaders etc..
Then we came up with an agenda for the programme in the agenda we
recruited the activities with mix up with games in order to reduce the
frustration from the students and to make them excited. These are
some activities that we conducted with them toung twister, continuous
writing, taboo, impromptu speech. These activities were done in group,
for the each group contain five Al-Azhar students and two AiU students
one of them can speak bahasa malayu.

Justification
REFLECTION
This service programme is the first educational background service programme for our
foundation studies students. When the announcement came to us about this service programme
we are divided in to groups by our respective lecturers. To do this programme we joined two
groups together (group 6&10).
Doing service programme is not an easy event it is a big responsibility and it needs
cooperation of members, long time preparations, tolerance, team work, some sacrifices in
precious time and so on. But its benefits will be vase for students. During the activity I feel
excited because of the opportunity to share my English knowledge with other young students, the
interesting activity that we did in the programme is tongue twister it was funny however it
improves the word pronunciation. Through this activity I learn to plan an activity, I understand
the value of team work and trough this activity I found my personal weakness. Involvement on
this activity brought me the idea of teaching so I wish to develop me on the teaching skill for
future use. In this activity we use the trimester ones learning concept in practical and the style
were we use during the programme are experiencing, sharing, processing, generalizing and
applying.
