ENVIRONMENT RULES
1.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this basic rule is to prevent accident and shall be

complied with by
Every employees
of
the
company,
under
any
circumstance
where
they are applicable.

SCOPE

This procedure covers basic safety rule that is to be followed

within AMINAT
Company, and shall be complied with by all employees,
contractors and visitors.

REQUIREMENTS

4.1
No Smoking rules must be observed strictly in plant &
logistics premises
except at designated smoking area.
4.2
Know and fallow departmental rules and procedure in
your particular job
Assigned. Know how to report emergency ( fire, gas release
& first aid ) and

Every employee is responsible for proper care of his
personal protective
Equipment provided to him by the company.
4.4
It is the responsibility of each employee to inspect each
personal protective
Equipment and only equipment which is in good condition.

All personal protective equipment furnished by the
company such as safety
hats, Face shield, Respirators, Protective clothings,
Goggles etc. shall be
properly used by all employee as and where required.
4.6
Observe all warning signs and tags. Work safely for the
protection of yourself
And your fellow workers.

4.7
It is the responsibility of each and every employee to his
supervisor for any
Unsafe tools, defective equipment, unsafe condition and/or
unsafe act.
4.8
No employee should work with loose flapping sleeves,
neckties, necklace,
Rings or other loose clothing while operating on or
close to
moving
machinery.
4.9
Employees shall not engage in practical jokes, scuffling,
horseplay or urging
Of persons to take unnecessary chances.

Unauthorized operation of equipment is prohibited.

Never use compressed air to dust out your clothing.

On spillage of any chemical on clothing or body, wash the
affected area/parts
Thoroughly with soap and plenty of water to remove
contamination.

Personal performing any work shall ensure that necessary
warning notices,
temporary barriers, lights etc. are posted while the work is
in progress, and
job site is left in safe condition overnight if work is not
condition. After
completion of work ensures that area is safe and all
temporary notices,
carrier etc. are removed.
