    It is evident that HUSBAND in india has NO constitutional or BASIC human RIGHT to claim that
    HUSBAND is innocent and WIFE simple statement with no PROOF of RAPE after MARRIAGE
    should NOT be used as a LEGAL TERRORISM tool to HARASS HUSBAND and JAIL HUSBAND
    on RAPE 376 IPC just because WIFE alleges so. Therefore, HUSBAND sent to JAIL with no BAIL!
