: Excuse me, Sir. Good morning.

: Good morning. Please come in and sit down.

: Well, your name is Monica ?

: Yes, I am.

: Very well, my name is Tommy. I am the head of the human resource

department of this apartment company. Are you ready for the job
interview ?

Monica

: Yes, I am.

: Ok, please tell me a little about yourself.

Monica

: All right. My names Monica Juliani. My friends usually call me

Monic. Thats my nickname. I am 22 years old. I am from
Jakarta. I am a fresh graduate from Gunadarma University. I
studied economics there. I am a hard working and creative
person who possesses leadership and managerial skill as well as
technical writing skill. I am not only great in a team but also
enjoy working individually. I am being able to speak English.
Well, I heard that your company is offering a position as a staff
for marketing department. So I am here now to apply for the
position as I believe that I have the skills and qualifications.

Tommy

: How do you know about this company?

Monica

: I know the company from the newspaper that information

marketing vacancy available in this company.

Tommy

: Do you have any experiences in the same field?

Monica

: No, I don't have any experience, I am a fresh graduate from

Gunadarma University.

Tommy

: What are your weaknesses and how will you improve all of
those?

Monica

: My weakness is hard to adapt with the new situation. But for the
1 years experiences as a assistant lecture, I can reduce my
Weakness so well. I learned how to face the new situations and
fixed the problems in a great solution.

: Do you have any ambition in your life that you want to achieve?
If you do, what is it?

Monica

: I would like to have my own business one day and be successful

enterpreneur.

Tommy

: Are you aware that this position sometimes will need you to work
overtime? Do you mind with that?

Monica

: No, I don't mind working overtime, if that is one of my

requires me to travel out of town.

: Talking about salary, what is your salary requirement?

Monica

: I would rather not decide that yet. I believe that this company will
be consistent with the market and give the proper salary.
