•Directed all facets of USA sales, marketing, operations, logistics, and overall general
management of a $400 million consumer electronics company.
•Successfully branded this Chinese company in the US whereas, Mintek Digital had
the number one market share in the highly competitive portable DVD business in
just 4 years.
•In just over 1 year, sales revenue increased by 92% as well as adding significant
bottom line profit exceeding the budget by 74 %.
•Improved the accounting staff while implementing a new system that provided better
management and improved cash flow by 40% over 1 year.
•Enhanced the customer service department from a 72 to a 24-hour response time in 3
months.
•Successfully launched a line of LCD TV in 04’ with sales of $25 million in 07’
which was 130 % of budget. Developed a line of accessories in 05’ delivering 70
% gross margins with sales revenue exceeding $18 million in 07’.
•Implemented a national forecast system that improved cost of goods and delivery.
This directly affected our relationships with customers such as Costco, May
Company, Target, AAFES and Best Buy with vendor ratings as high as 99%.

restructured in California.

Direct P&L responsibility for the consumer electronics division. Coordinated group
accounts sales programs with marketing departments. Developed and maintained national
promotions and pricing for all sales channels. Responsible for $750 million revenue plan.
Managed 3 national accounts and provided direction to the field support staff on matters
relating to national accounts. Developed and maintained all promotional budgets.
•Increased sales from $80 to $120 million by increasing the product assortment at
major national retailers such as Costco Wholesale and Sears from 97’ to 98’.
•Created an inventory replenishment system that resulted in three additional
inventory turns per year with Sears and Costco increasing sales by $10 million
from 96’ to 97’.
•Maintained company profit structure while increasing account product assortments
and sales achieving 163 % of budget from 96 to 98’.
