•Successfully branded this Chinese company in the US whereas, Mintek Digital had
the number one market share in the highly competitive portable DVD business in
just 4 years.
•In just over 1 year, sales revenue increased by 92% as well as adding significant
bottom line profit exceeding the budget by 74 %.
•Improved the accounting staff while implementing a new system that provided better
management and improved cash flow by 40% over 1 year.
•Enhanced the customer service department from a 72 to a 24-hour response time in 3
months.

•Convinced Japanese senior management to brand products under Seiko, which

•Assisted in the creation of a business valuation presentation resulting in the sale of

•Introduced the first " text to voice " international translator in 2001 resulting in $2.7
million in revenue within 10 months.
•Created a new line of reference products, which increased the dealer base by 27

•Redesigned the reporting structure of the training department and established a


national program that better served customers and that enabled a concise and
consistent company message.
•Achieved all sales related metrics in the prepackaged bankruptcy resulting in a three
month early emergence.
•Expanded the Operations department to introduce a telemarketing staff that
increased revenues by $15 million in less than 18 months with 12 employees.
