energy, and if not installed or used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful

Chapter 1 Product Overview


Thank you for purchasing this high quality Two Door Access Control Panel.
RAC-2000P and RAC-2000G is a truly dependable, flexible access control solution with real time on site or
remote operation, event recording, programmable duress, multiple access modes, anti pass back functions
for entrance security. RAC-2000P can support max. up to 15,000 card holders(10,000 for RAC-2000G), and
can connect 4 external ABA-T2 readers or 2 Wiegand readers (2 external ABA-T2 or 2 Wiegand readers for
RAC-2000G). Operated with Management Software, RAC-2000P and RAC-2000G is your ideal solution
for residential zone, hospital, warehouse, airport, offices, factories, university, campus, and parking lot
barrier etc. access control.

1.4 Output ports


RAC-2000P/G is built in with 4 RELAY to control electric lock or alarm. The maximum controllable voltage/
electric current is 28VDC/10A. RELAY output provides Normally Opened (NO) / Normally Closed(NC)
output selection(JP14JP17 jumper setting required).

1.5 Input ports


RAC-2000P/G has 2 sets of built-in Exit Button input ports.
RAC-2000P/G has 2 sets of built-in Door Sensor ports to detect door status. Such function is to be enabled
or disabled by means of proper software settings.
RAC-2000P/G has Case Sensor (RAC-2000P has 4 sets and RAC-2000G has 2 sets) for real time alarm
monitoring of reader. This function requires readers with case sensor (All our reader series have case
sensors) & proper software settings.
Please refer to Chapter 4 for installation guides.

1.6 Startup
When RAC-2000P/G is powered on, there will be a beep sound to indicate successful system startup. If the
beep sound continues endlessly, there may be problems with the panel. Please contact the dealer for
assistance.
During normal operation of RAC-2000P/G, red PWR LED will blink to indicate Ready Status. Under Ready
Status, you can enter card number and press  or swipe the card on the reader.

1.7 Door Entry Modes


RAC-2000P can save up to 15,000 valid card numbers (RAC-2000G can save up to 10,000). It supports
card number with English alphabets, max. up to 13 characters. When a valid card is swiped on the reader,
the green LED will blink with one beep, and simultaneously the control panel activates electric lock relay
(default 4 seconds) and opens the door.
When the exit button connected to RAC-2000P or RAC-2000G is pressed, the control panel will activate
electric lock relay (default 4 seconds) to open the door.

Chapter 3 Safety Precautions


To ensure the maximum reliability of the RAC-2000P/RAC-2000G Two Door Access
Control Panel, please follow the guidelines listed below:

Always read the safety precautions carefully. Keep this user manual for future
reference.
Do not expose this control panel to extreme temperature or humid environment.
Do not alter this control panel for it will VOID your warranty.
Do not place this control panel in an area with an excessive amount of dirt.
Use only the power supply that comes with your control panel. Power supply of other
electronic devices may look similar, but they may affect your control panels
performance or damage it.
Electrical equipment may be hazardous if misused. Do not attempt to alter any
interior components. Doing so may be extremely dangerous and may result in fire or
electric shock.
Installation of this product must be done by authorized, qualified technicians.
Never pour away liquid into the opening that could damage or cause electrical shock.
If any of the following situations arises, get the product checked by a service
personnel:
- The power cord or plug is damaged.
-Liquid has penetrated into the equipment.
-The equipment has been exposed to moisture.
-The equipment does not work well or you cannot get it work accordingly to the User
Manual.
-The equipment has been dropped and damaged.
-The equipment has obvious signs of breakage.
Use only the metal housing specified / supplied by the manufacturer to ensure
compliance with EN55024 safety requirement.
Use only attachments/accessory cord specified by the manufacturer.
Unplug this product from wall outlet and refer service to qualified service personnel if
the product does not operate normally after following the user manual.
Use only the power cord designated by our dealer to ensure safety and EMC. When
used with other power supply voltage, the power cable will be damaged. Use the
standard power plug and cord set of specified country. Consult your product dealer.
Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or convenient receptacles on other
equipments as this may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
When replacement parts are required, be sure that the service technician has used
replacement parts specified by the manufacturer or with same characteristics as
original part. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire, electric shock, or other
hazards.
CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only
with the same or equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer.

For better environmental protection, waste batteries should be collected separately


for recycling or special disposal.

Chapter 5 Installation
5.1 Metal Housing Installation

1. Align the notch of the control panel backer (No. 1) to the metal rail, press with a click to allow the
backer to move to and fro on the metal rail.
2. To dismount the control panel from the metal rail, press the orange button (No. 2) on top of the backer.
3. To remove the control panel from the metal rail, please gently push and pull the panel.
4. Mount the switch onto the metal housing by fastening the screws.
5. Mount the power supply onto the metal housing by fastening the screws.

Chapter 6 Configuration
6.1

Set NODE ID

NODE ID should be set within the range 0255. NODE ID set as 0 stands for allowing reader to set
NODE ID. Please refer to Function key 00 described in Chapter 5.4.
The following is the quick configuration list of NODE ID:031, for NODE ID after 31, please refer to
Appendix 2 of Chapter 8.2

6.2 RS232/RS485 selection

For communication of only one control panel with 15 meters, We recommend to adopt
RS232 mode.
For communication of more than one control panel or communication distance is over 15
meters, We recommend to adopt RS485 mode

System initialization

Use reader with keypads for function key input. It is recommended to connect the OK LED of
RAC-2000P/G to the green/ blue LED of reader, and connect ERR LED of RAC-2000P/G to the red/ orange
LED of reader.
Please enter Master Code for configuration mode (default: 30191000).
The OK LED on reader blinks, waiting for function key inputs.

Function key 10 is for changing Master Code, the system will use the new Master Code.
In this case, PXR-52ETK is connected-OK1 of RAC-2000P/G to green LED of reader and ERR1 or
RAC-2000P/G to orange LED of reader. For connection of other readers, please refer to their respective
manuals.
* RAC-2000P/G will resume to ready status when idling for 30 seconds during operation.

6.7 Important Tips


RAC-2000P/G is often installed separately from the reader with the wire connection attached to the reader
near the door. It is recommended to use wiring material listed in Appendix to ensure system efficiency and
stability.

Avoid installing RAC-2000P/G near the following locations:


*High voltage earth wire (ex: steel frame of a building).
*High voltage, noise, surge generator, such as motor or compressor.
Note: Please refer to Appendix 1 of Chapter 9.1 for connection wire requirement.

Chapter 7 Testing
The following test is conducted on reader with keypads. The OK1 of RAC-2000P/G is connected to green
LED of the reader and ERR1 is connected to the orange LED of the reader.
Configure system according to the following procedure after RAC-2000P/G is installed.
Please refer to the installation and wiring diagrams. The power LED blinks after power connection,
RAC-2000P/G is in ready mode. (Contact the dealer if the power LED does not blink).

Move JP12 JUMPER to the back of HW INITIAL. Restart the RAC-2000P/G and
there will be continuous beep sound. Set JP12 JUMPER back to NORMAL and
wait for 5 seconds. The RAC-2000P/G will beep and complete hardware
initialization.

Chapter 8 Troubleshooting
Q: The PWR LED of the control panel does not blink.
A: Please check if 12V power supply is connected to the power source. Verify if the power polarity is correct,
and the power input is sufficient or not.
Q: The reader beeps once after swiping card, there is no other sound and the door is not open.
A: Make sure the connection and interface of the reader are correct.
Q: The reader beeps after swiping card, there is other sound but the door is not open.
A: Make sure the RAC-2000P/G authority is correctly downloaded and electric lock connection is correct.
Q: The reader beeps after swiping card, there is no other sound and the door is open.
A: Make sure the BZ (Buzzer) wire of the reader is connected correctly.
Q: Cannot enter configuration mode after swiping MASTER CODE.
A: 1. Make sure the connection of the reader is correct.
2. If Master Code is forgotten, reset it from the software application.
Q: Cannot open the door after pressing exit button.
A: 1. Make sure the exit button is correctly installed.
2. Make sure the electric door lock is correctly installed.

HUNDURE warrant this product against defect in material or workmanship for
1 year from the date of purchase. If such a defect is discovered within this warranty period,
contact your direct vendor for repair or replacement of your unit.
When returning the product, you must ship the product in its original packaging or
packaging that gives an equal degree of protection. This warranty becomes invalid if the
factory-supplied serial number has been removed or altered on the product.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident,
