accreditation when scheduling your audit through eAuditNet.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT CLAUSE

Applicants have a twenty-one (21) day grace period from the date of the original eAuditNet scheduling email to request
that an audit be canceled or rescheduled without financial charge.

Applicants scheduling an audit within forty-five (45) days or less of the audit start date will have a 7 day grace period from
the date of the original eAuditNet scheduling email to request that an audit be canceled or rescheduled without financial
penalty.

. Applicants who reschedule or cancel an audit 180-91 calendar days in advance of audit start date will be assessed a
charge of $1500 / 1000 / 1500. Applicants who reschedule or cancel an audit 90-0 calendar days in advance of the audit
start date will be assessed a charge of $3000 / 2000 / 3000.

NOTE: Nadcap recognizes existing quality systems approvals in the form of AS/EN/JIS9100 or AS/EN 9100
certifications, ISO17025 or Nadcap AC7004 audits. Where no recognized quality systems approvals exist, Nadcap
requires assessment using AC7004 to support the special process accreditation. Please refer to OP1114 for
additional information on Quality System Requirements.
