MET Healthcares products and room systems are designed by
highly trained engineers using the latest CAD software which then
communicates directly with the fully automated production
machinery. This gives our valued customers, manufactured
components made to millimetre precision. The room framework or substructure is also manufactured locally and
is fully compatible with the wall panels that are mounted to it. This means a fast on site assembly time, as almost
all components require no, or minimal on site alterations. Wall panels are made from a high pressure laminate,
each in a wide range of colours. All components are manufactured by a local supplier with all off-cuts returned
into the material cycle.
MET Healthcare supply and install the hermetically sealed swing and sliding doors along with either a medical
tile ceiling system or an mf ceiling covered by a pvc cladding ensuring that all room components are fully
compatible and colour co-ordinated with each other. We also provide furniture and cabinet solutions that cater for
your every need and requirement from custom made high spec nurse stations to integrated cupboards and
cabinets for your theatre and laboratory rooms which are equipped with the highest quality accessories such as
medical grade refrigerators and controlled drugs cabinets all colour matched to suit your requirements.
The solutions described above are compatible with other medical equipment manufacturers products, such as
Operating Lamps, Pendants, Surgeons Control Panels & Laminar Flow Systems (UCVs). Such products are
also supplied, installed and commissioned by our own dedicated team of professional engineers.
All of the above systems are expertly project managed by MET Healthcare and installed by our specialist team
of experienced engineers and installers to give our customers a state of the art solution for their individual needs.
