ADMISSION NOTICE
Applications are invited ON-LINE from the eligible candidates for Admission into B.Sc. (Ag) /B.Sc.
(Hort.)/ B.V. Sc. & A.H./ B. Tech. (Agril. Engg.)/ B.F.Sc(Fishery)/ B.Sc. (Forestry) & B.Sc. (Home Science), for
both boys & girls, for the Academic Session, 2015-16. A Common Entrance Examination for selection of
candidates for admission into above courses will be conducted on 31.05.2015(Sunday) from 10.30 a.m.
to 12.30 p.m. in different centres spreading all over the State (please refer Clause-20 of the UG Prospectus)
Eligibility
Students having +2 Science with minimum of 50% mark in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST/PH)
including extra optional are eligible. However, students appearing +2 Science Examination can also appear the
Entrance Examination (Please refer Clause 2.1 & 5.2 of the UG Prospectus).
Pass out students of OUAT Diploma in Agro-Polytechnic Course may apply off line for Admission
into UG Courses of their streams (for detail please refer Clause 3.7 of the UG Prospectus) .
AGE:

The candidate Must be 17 (seventeen) years of age as on 31.12.2015.

The candidates are advised to download the UG Prospectus 2015-16 from OUAT website
www.ouat.ac.in and submit application ONLINE using SBI website www.onlinesbi.com from 11.03.2015 to
17.04.2015(11.30 p.m.) on payment of required fees of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand)only .For detail
information in this regard , please refer clause 5 and 6 and Annexure-I of the prospectus meticulously.
After appearing the Entrance Examination on scheduled date, the candidate shall have to down load a
hard copy of application Form-B available in the prospectus and submit duly filled in Form-B to the
Assistant Registrar (Acd.), OUAT, Bhubaneswar: 751 003 through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier
Service within due date and time, along with self attested photocopies of required documents and testimonials
(Clause-6.2 of UG Prospectus). No applications will be received by hand.

No Application Form- B will be received after the due date & time fixed.
The Old Question Booklets of previous years are available and will be sold at Academic-I Section, OUAT
Bhubaneswar on Cash Payment of Rs. 30/- (Rupees thirty) only for each year. No request will be entertained
for sending the Question Booklets by post.
