openingthatframeseastwestorientationvistaandallowcrossventilation.
Thelowerblockspanover40mlongfacingWahidHasyimRoadisprojectedtobemore
lifestylecentricthatpromotesfullheightglasswindow,incontrasttothesolidnessof
higherblock.Thefirst2storeycharacterismadeintopedestrianfriendly.AnF&Banchor
with7.5Mhighdoorpanelsthatslideandfoldover24mlongwillgovernthefacade.Asthe
F&Blevelraisedupby1.2M,aseriesoftiltedmirrorbehindthedoublevolumedoorpanel
willprovidereflectionofF&Bactivitiestothosepasserby,whilekeepingtheprivacyintact.
13nosofMaisonetteroomfacingWahidHasyimRoad,anewtotheoperatorstandard,is
addedtounderscoreitslifestyleattitude,whichautomaticallyregulatesthefacadewith
doublevolumeglassthatintertwinewithtypicalstudiofacadegrammar.Thisisadifferent
settingtothenorthfacingconfigurationthatmostlystudiounit.Tocompletethelower
blockdrama,therooftopisproposedtobeaneventspace,thatcomeswithinfinitypool,
gymandanotherF&B.Athematicliftwillencompasstypicalfloortobringvisitorrightupto
therooftopfromtheground.
Ontheotherblock,acontrastoftransparencyisdemonstratedbetweenthefirsttwostorey
thathousingthegrandlobbyandbusinesscenterwherevisitorisinvitedtohaveafull
commandingviewofgrandlobby,totherestofhigherfloorsabovewherethewholefacade
isassembledby1.2mx2.8mmodularroomswindowinfractalfashion.Toaccentuate
this,thesurfaceprojectedouttocreateamultifacetedfacadethatwrap360underlining
