III RULES OF ADMISSION
a) Application for admission must be made in the prescribed form available from the College Office. In all
future references, the application number has to be quoted.
b) It is the duty of the applicant to check the selection list and date of interview.
c) If an application is favourably considered, an intimation card will be sent to the applicant appointing a
date for interview with the Principal. All selections are provisional and are subject to confirmation after
the personal interview with the Principal and scrutiny of certificates. During interview the applicant
should produce the intimation card and the following Certificates in original;
i) Transfer Certificate and Course & Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended
ii) Mark List and Pass Certificate
iii) Income Certificate for fee concession/reservation
iv) Six copies of recent passport size photograph
v) S.S.L.C Book
vi) Community Certificate for reserved community
d) After the interview, the candidates, if selected will be enrolled forthwith on payment of fees.
e) Each student will be given an identity card. He/She has to produce it for all official transactions in the
College and surrender it to the Office on his/her leaving the College.

V FEE CONCESSION
The income certificate obtained from the Village Officer is a requisite to enjoy the fee concession. It will have
to be presented at the time of admission.

VI UNIQUENESS OF THE COLLEGE

The College has only aided courses.

The College has a State of the art, fully computerized library with database providing access to 80,000
e-books and 5000 e-journals. The library has an excellent collection of books, periodicals and CDs in
Commerce, Computer Science, Electronics, English, Psychology and other topics.
Hostel facility for women students is available.
Canteen facility is available during working hours.
The College also provides excellent facilities for arts and sports.
Several clubs and forums are functioning in the College, catering to the various extra-curricular
aptitudes of the students.
Financial assistance to a limited number of meritorious students from financially weaker section is
provided by the college.
In pursuance of the order of the Honble High Court of Kerala the Management has banned Student
Politics in this College Campus. Any violation on this rule will invite disciplinary action against the
student. An undertaking to the effect shall be obtained from the students and parents at the time of
admission to various courses.
Use or possession of Cell Phones by the students is not permissible in the College campus. Cell phone
in the custody of students in the Campus, whether in use or not, will be confiscated.
Ragging is a criminal offence punishable under the law. The Government has banned all sorts of
ragging in the educational institutions in the State. The students are warned against indulging in any
kind of ragging. Strict disciplinary action including dismissal from the College will be taken against the
students who resort to any kind of ragging. The Honble Supreme Court of India has directed the
authorities of the educational institution to take strong measures to prevent the incidents of ragging. The
open court has ordered in the case SLPNo.24295/2004 that students who indulge in ragging should be
strictly dealt with. The cases of ragging will be reported to the police station.

Students are advised to keep sufficient number of attested copies of their mark list and other official
documents before the originals are submitted to this office.
