ST.

COLUMBA CATHOLIC CHURCH

June 21, 2015
Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Happy Fathers Day!

We greet all fathers on this Fathers Day as we express
our love and gratitude for all that they do to help us become the best version of ourselves. Fathers are Gods
visible presence in this life. Through them we experience the creative loving, protective and healing power of
God. With them we feel a sense of security and acceptance despite our limitations. By their guidance we discover that we can reach the heights of our aspirations
and fulfill our dreams. Fathers will give up everything
for the good of their children and they will be happy to
step back to let their children claim their rightful place
under the sun. God made fathers to let his children
know that He is always and everywhere present for
them. ~ Fr. Mario Elias, June 2013

Stewardship as a Way of Life

God is the only true ownerStewardship is based on the
biblical principle that God is the only true owner a and
giver of all things. All we possessour time, our abilities, our money, our very lives, we hold as a trust from
God. It is to God that we shall render an account of our
administration of that trust.
