TITLE

This innovation project is to increase the use of existing stapler and a title that has been
chosen by our group is the "Mini Stapler Sewing". Mini Stapler Sewing is the result of
innovation in improving the use of existing stapler. These projects were selected based on
discussions involving all members of our group
INTRODUCTION
Mini Stapler Sewing is a result the use innovation of stapler. Mini Stapler Sewing can be
used for normal sewing a cloth and torn fabrics for example. It is also very useful when the
emergency. Mini Stapler Sewing is also very easy to transform and is used as the same way as
ordinary stapler. Besides, it is easy to carry anywhere because it is very small.
Thus, it is hoped that innovation from the use of this stapler can help the process of
learning and teaching more attractive.
OBJECTIVES
1. Enhancing creativity and innovation in the design of stapler for product diversification
2. To facilitate the use of stapler mini sewing equipment.
3. To commercialize products stapler as new products.
4. Improve the quality of the stapler as mini sewing.
5. Renew products stapler.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
1. The function of stapler very easy to be used as mini sewing tools by simply pressing
the stapler only.
2. Product design is very suitable and attractive stapler used as mini sewing equipment
3. Production of new products from staple gun to improve product quality in the
production of mini sewing tools

THAT COULD WE PUT TOGETHER TO MAKE A NEW PRODUCT (COMBINE)

Production of new products such as mini sewing tool is to combine the two
products, namely mini stapler and sewing tools. Stapler function is still the same which is to
glue the two sheets of paper or more, to use the tool we need to fill it with a wire-shaped slab

Stapler is a large size and there is little that we use depends Stapler. And we
combine it with the mini sewing tool which tool to combine sheets of fabric or more. It is

Waterfall methodology

The method we use in our products is innovating using waterfall method, which it has

We have to run trials using the products we innovate, and it is used safely, and no
injuries occurred during the trial needed for this product.
Maintenance
In carrying out maintenance and innovate products, there are some modifications that
need to be in the products we produce it, in order to facilitate the safe use of this
product.

HOW COULD WE ALTER THIS PRODUCTS COMPOSITION (REARRANGE)?

CONCLUSION

Overall, the project innovation "Mini Stapler Sewing" requires teamwork among students.
Students can discuss and put forward creative ideas for this project. Discussions with expert
strengthen the development of creative ideas. Assistance from all parties will make this
project can reach its target. Indeed, to translate a creative and innovative ideas that require
