WHY THIS PRESENTATION?
There is a mad rush for MBA.
Most students spend lacks of rupees for doing
MBA just to become a better paid clerk for
MNCs
Advertisements, publicity stunts, and media
have collectively changed the minds of our
youth, who join this mad-race blindly.
For the youth of today – the goal is to borrow,
to spend, to earn to payback the loans
CAN WE REALLY CHANGE
PEOPLE ?
You are reading it, others will also read

you may like – or may not like it,
can we really succeed ? ? ?
Yes, if you join with me, we are two, more
people will join, we shall be able to change
masses
WHAT DO WE WANT ?
We want (you and I) to make the joy of

entrepreneurship as the driving force for people
We want to enable people to re-discover their
capabilitie
We want to people to understand that they can
grow with their own dreams, not necessarily as
employees of MNCs
World has ENOUGH
Yes, believe it
the world has enought for all of us
some take away most
some are left to struggle
some get nothing
Create truly PEOPLE centred
organisations
Organisations create synergies, order and

systems. You have to create organisation, but
dont kill creativity, innovations and the joy of
entrepreneurship. Dont employ people, make
them partners, work with them in open
NETWORKED relationships
Learn from HISTORY
Human greed never ends. Those who tried to
capture the world, ended up with destroying
the world. Those who want to share with the
world, share the pleasures with the world and
the world subdues to them. Some people tried
to use weapons, some people used ideas, some
people used attack, some people used sword,
some used pen, some built castles, some left
castles ... think over, ...
Dont fight with people, fight with
problems
Most people are competing, they believe that

competition is the goal of life. They believe
that they exist to surpass others. For them life
is nothing, if there is no RANK in class / job /
family / society. They just fight with people.
STOP it, there are enough problems in this
world to fight with, look at them, fight with
them. You have enough work to do.
Stop expectations from people
Why do you think that people are rational?

Why do you think that people will support a
good person?
Why do you think that people will work for a
good cause?
Why do you think that people will reward you
noble cause?
Stop your expectations from people....
People are not rationals...
Yes, people are not rationals, nor are they
organised, most of them can be ruled, can be
guided, can be employees, but they dont have
the capability to exercise self control
Superstitions have always dominated the world
individuals have ruled over masses
look at history – lacks of people couldnt stop
brutality by a few persons - yes, masses are
massesi
Most problems are made by us
Most of the problems are caused by our own

greed, our unrealistic expectations, our own
irrationality and false assumptions.
We have fear, we lack self organisation and we
are not able to see our impact on others, which
ultimate pile up problems for our living planet
Examples of irrationality
A person broke his house and started its
reconstruction, just because someone told him
that it is not as per VASTU.
A poor person sold out all his property in order
to undertake cremation of his relative and to
undertake mrityubhoj
A small trader spent all his money in education
of his only son in getting him MBA, the son
preferred to work as employee in an MNC
rather than to help ailing

Examples of irrationalities....
- A person earning Rs. 20000 per month tried

to spend Rs 20 lakhs in only receptions and
tent decorations in marriage functions
- a person spent 5 years preparing for a clerical
level competitive examination
- etc. Etc. Etc.
Why there is Poverty?
Poverty is there because we are harbouring it.
About 50% are poor because they dont have
capabilities
out of the remaining, 80% are poor because
they dont know how to spend wisely and save
properly
out of the remaining 50% are poor because
they dont have resources to grab
opportunities ...
Speak out TRUTH, shed your
FEARS
Build capabilities in people

Show confidence in their ability
Train people in self organisation
Encourage people to save
Speak out truth boldly
have NO fears
Immerse in your inner self
Dig out your true self

Do what you heart wants to do
Refine your enterprising capabilities
Dont immitate others
Be what you are
How to change the world
Start with yourself

be an entrepreneur
be a self organiser
give the an organisation to people
enable, empower, and strengthen them
Learn to change and train others
to change
Most people get ruined because they dont

change with time
Most organisations die because they dont train
their people to change
Most societies fail to revitalise, because they
fail to modify their rituals and preserve their
culture
What is the solution?
Look into problems and search for their

solutions
convince people that they can solve the
problem by their collective power
Be a social entreprepreneur
