10 TDP COMPOST PLANT

1. Bio-Fertilizer Plant:
Plant will be titled with feeder bucket conveyor system,
suitable to lift as least 2 ton/hr. the motor will be sufficient
to handle & run the plant and conveyor at the requisite
RPM for the Quantity of at least 1.2 tonnes out pre
digested MSW.
2. Conveyor Belt
The length should be proper so that digested MSW can be
conveyed properly. Also 900 mm conveyor belt will be
used of M-24 grade. Whole system will be open type.
3. Plastic Catcher (Feeding Ram)
For Feeding Raw material

1. Bio-Segregation Plant/Segregation Machine (1 Nos)

The segregation machine will be fitted with bucket elevator conveyor systems
suitable to lift at least 2 tons per hour. The machine will have platforms around it
any ladders for easy inspections and maintenance. The covers of the trommel

will be seized that it is easy for a large size man to easily inspect and clean the
trays/screens. The screen will be detachable for replacement and repair. Steel
vibrating screens in enclosed steel housing enclosing the screens of mesh sizes
of 8mm and 4mm to separate sized fractions, will be mounted on heavy duty
springs to bear the designed.
Weight of the semi-finished compost. The steel housing will be fitted with
accessories to enable easy inspection on the process and have magnetic
separators along with vibro-screens. Also the vibration of the internal chasis
should not emphases of the vibration to the outer one, design should be capable
to do so.

Rubber Conveyor (1Nos):

This mechanical assembly is to convey the MSW to the appropriate
place for further processing. It should retain conveying length of forty feet.

Width of the rubber conveyor should be enough to convey the material

without scattering them.
The machine should consistently have the supporting tapering
rollers which helps the conveyor belt to retain the curved shape to
increase the efficiency. Mechanical MS pulleys will be designed to reduce
the choking of over layering of MSW over drum pulley, to maintain the
tensile load on belt. This long conveying systems will be open type.
