CHURCH

Par out in the mountains toward the south coast of our lovely Ja
maica, lies a tiny village called "Top Hill."

The town of Junction

nearby is a busy place with many people living all about the country
side near and even far beyond Top Hill,

This section of Jamaica has

been blessed with many good things,.good soil, good rains, and fine

people, but one great need has been the church of the Lord Jesus Christ,

In recent months the congregation of Memorial Chapel at the Home,

has supported a minister, Bro. E.A. Woodstock, in an attempt to estab
lish a church in this needy district. He hps worked very hard and has
already won fourteen people to Christ. These people are anxious for
the work to grow. Last month Memorial Chapel bought a piece of land
for the people on which they plan to erect a church building.

Won't you remember Top Hill in your prayers? There is a great need
foe the^establishment of the church in these towns throughout Jamaica
and it is the prayer and aim of the church at Memorial Chapel to carry

on this work.

Memorial Chapel now has five young people in Bible Colleges abroad
and a^Sunday School averaging 150 in attendance. This active congrega
tion in Kingston is looking eagerly to the future of Jamaica and to the
growth of the church here.
