Student Needs Survey

It is important to understand the needs of the students to prepare a good study

support system. The Faculty of Agriculture at Damascus University prepared this
survey to learn more about the motivation, life and career goals, time occupation and
problems of the students in their study programs.

The results will be used to improve the quality of support services for students. For
that reason your opinion is important. Please fill out the whole questionnaire and
answer truly.

Your answers will be kept anonymous. There are no questions included, that can
identify you personally.

The data will be collected and analyzed in cooperation with Humboldt-University

Berlin in the frame of the Tempus Project UM_JEP-3212-2004 „Quality University
Management and Institutional Autonomy“ (for further information please visit
www.qumia-tempus.edu.sy). It is guaranteed that no one unauthorized will get
access to the data. The overall results of the survey will presented to the staff and
the students of the Faculty of Agriculture in October 2007.
