Projects Description

Marketing Research Plan (Research team member)

The assignment required conducting a market research for a Dutch company - Extensor BV
(machines and business appliances producer) and searching for potential partners and
customers in Flanders (Belgium) and North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany). The research
involved approaching biggest volume food producers and business appliances operators in
these regions.

HAN Interfaculty Games 13-14 (Organizer and Event Manager)

HAN Interfaculty Games intended to boost sport in hundreds of students at Arnhem Business
School and other HAN faculties. The event was a part of a new and exciting opportunity to
encourage international students to participate in 8 different sport disciplines and to make
a positive and active contribution to school. About 250 students participated in the event.

Re-introducing ISIC in the Netherlands (Graduate researcher)

I conducted a research of the Dutch market for successfully re-introducing the product (student
discount card) to the market. The research consisted of secondary and primary research, which
included 12 interviews with companies representatives and experts and 2 focus groups with
students. Research findings were used to develop a product re-introduction strategy and
implementation plan for ISIC.

Improving customer service (Sales Support at ISIC Global Office)

It was an extensive project, which intended to improve the quality of customer service of the
company. The project included creating statistics collection templates, collecting data in terms of
quantity and type of customer enquiries and the way they were processed; developing a detailed
analysis of this data; and finally preparing a report and presentation, which included research
findings, recommendations and implementation plan.
