Common Error Message on Mac mini:

ZoomPresence is not configured for this account. You can switch account or exit to configure.

Check the right login method - Work Email or Google Email

Verify the Resource (room) name - must match the original name
Verify Resource (room) is subscribed or delegated to the dedicated email

Common Error Message on iPad:"

iPad controller could not connect to ZoomPresence
Login with your Mac mini first before login on iPad
Ensure iPad and Mac mini are on the same wireless network
If applicable, make sure your firewall is turned off on your Mac Mini
