STATEMENT OF FACTS

On or about February 15, 2014 Police car followed me on off Avenue 37 th


onto Figueroa Street for about 2/3 blocks before placing their red, white
and blue sirens on or about 2:14 to 2:15am to gesture me to pull over.
Officer Jorge Estrada (Serial No. 39492) and Officer Jose Hope (Serial No.
41112); who had guns on their sides approached me asking for license,
issuance and registration stating they pulled me over for not having a
front and back license plate.
- I asked if I may have their full names (first, middle, last), their business
cards, risk management office name & address in exchange for the items
they asked for and I put them on noticed with allodial fee schedule for
impeding on my civil liberties and freedoms.
- They denied, then gave partial information so I asked for their superior
who can assist me
- Officer Jorge Estrada (Serial No. 39492) and Officer Jose Hope (Serial
No. 41112)agreed and stated they will have their Sargent come out.
- On or about 3 a. m to 3:30 a.m., Officer Sargent Allan Rambina (Serial
No. 33183); who had a gun on his side, approached my persons and asked for
license, insurance and registration. I placed Sargent Allan Rambina (Serial No.
33183) on noticed of my allodial fee schedule for impeding on my civil
liberties and freedoms. I asked him for his full name (first, middle, last), their
business cards, risk management office name & address in exchange for the
items and that I would be happy to give my information in exchange.
- Sargent Allan Rambina (Serial No. 33183) gave me his last name only
and partial information stating that he is a City Police Officer and this is the
only information is he is able to give.
- I asked to speak with his superior, one who upholds their Oath of Office
as a City Police Officer.
- Sargent Allan Rambina (Serial No. 33183) agreed and stated he will
have his superior come out.
- On or about 4:30 a.m. Sargent Nathan Hooper (Serial No. 32659, who
is listed as an Officer); who had a gun on his side, approached my persons

asking for license, insurance and registration. I placed Sargent Hooper on


noticed of my allodial fee schedule for impeding on my civil liberties and
freedoms. I asked him for his full name (first, middle, last), their business
cards, risk management office name & address in exchange for the items and
that I would be happy to give my information in exchange.
- He refused to give any information.
- I asked to speak with a Captain who upholds their Oath of Office to get
this matter straighten out for these officers impeding on my civil liberties and
freedoms.
- On or about 5 a.m. several officers approached my persons and placed
what appeared to be electronic strips under my car, between the wheels.
- This caused me to be in fear for my life tremendously.
- On or about 5:30 a.m. a City Police Car barricaded my persons without
any notice causing me to now having an overwhelming feeling of fear for my
life.
- On or about 5:40 a.m. I called 911 and spoke with Olfson in the
Supervising Commander Division. I informed her I was on Avenue 28 th and
Figueroa Street and I felt threaten and I was in fear for my life; that people
who are wearing black with guns and badges but have not correctly identified
themselves dressed as what appears to be police uniforms, have barricaded
my persons for no reason and I need assistance. I asked for a public officer
who can assist me. The dispatcher tried to guess what car I was in. I informed
her of my location again and asked for immediate assistance. The dispatcher
stated that police where already on the scene and she could not send
someone out.
- I asked to speak with the Supervisor of 911 dispatch, Ali, and informed
her I was on Avenue 28th and Figueroa Street and I felt threaten and I was in
fear for my life; that people who are wearing black with guns and badges but
have not correctly identified themselves dressed as what appears to be police
uniforms, have barricaded my persons for no reason and I need assistance. I
asked for a public officer who can assist me. Ali also stated that supervisor
Hooper of the Los Angeles Police Department was already on the scene. Ali
then stated she was not able to assist me.
- On or about 6:05 a.m. Captain Jeffrey Bert (Serial No. 33112) then
approached my persons stating that he understands his oath of office and the
California Constitution. However Captain Jeffrey Bert (Serial No. 33112)
continued to state he was going to arrest me and yank and pull me out of
the car for a violation of Penal Code 148 (A) (1) for which no crime had been
committed; no verified complaint in the form of an affidavit; nor verified
warrant with a certified corporate seal was presented at the time of said
arrest.
- I informed Captain Jeffrey Bert and surrounding Los Angeles Police
Department that I was exiting my property under threat, duress and coercion.

- I asked for a female public officer to complete the pat down and
informed the male officers they were committed molestation upon my
persons if they continued.
- The male officers refused my request for a female officer therefore
denying my civil liberties and freedoms. The male officers proceeded with
their treacherously pat down despite the fact there were at least 2 female
officers on scene.
- On or about 6:20 a.m. I was placed in hand cuffs and placed in the
back of what appeared to be a police car. I informed the nearby officers that
the hand cuffs were too tight and that this was excessive abuse of force.
- Both my right and left wrist, from the area of my wrist to the bottom of
my thumbs began to have red marks from the excessive force of the hand
cuffs. I asked on several occasions for a report to be taken and was refused.
- Los Angeles Police Officer adjusted the hand cuffs slightly. I continued
to report pain in my risks from excessive abuse of force from initial contact by
Captain Jeffrey Bert (Serial No. 33112) and his fellow officers.
- On or about 6:25 a.m. Los Angeles Police Department illegally
searched my private property which is my personal automobile without
presenting a verified warrant or certified stamped copy accompanied by a
verified affidavit of complaint from the injured party.
- On or about 6:30 a.m., Los Angeles Police Department used ATS Towing
to illegally seize my private property which is my personal automobile
without presenting a verified warrant or certified stamped copy accompanied
by a verified affidavit of complaint from the injured party.
- On or about 6:45 a.m. I was transported to the Northeast Los Angeles
Police Department Station where I asked for a report of excessive abuse of
force and my request was still refused.
- On or about 7:45 a.m. I was placed back into hand cuffs and
transported to Los Angeles County Jail with arrival on or about 8:15 a.m.
- I continued to ask for a report of excessive abuse of force could be
taken and finally my request was honored.
- I was then released on or about 11:00 p.m. later that same night on my
own recognizance and a female Los Angeles County Jail officer handed me a
blue citation which stated NONTRAFFIC NOTICE TO APPEAR Citation
Number B78126 for March 12, 2013 signed by Los Angeles County Jail
Detention Officer Potter (Serial No. N2863, first name unknown).
On or about February 16, 2014 - I called the Northeast Area Division of the
Los Angeles Police Department for the release of my vehicle and what law
is being used to hold my vehicle in ransom. I was told that Detective
Hovahannessian was in charge of the matter and that I would have to call
back because he was not available.
On or about February 19, 2014 I refused the citation to Three Thousand Fifty-Three
Fernando Road, Los Angeles, California [99998] [90065] with Certified Mail Number
70131710000122579859, However it was refused in Los Angeles, sent to Corona,

then to the state of Georgia. I called 2 weeks ago to request item to be RETURN TO
SENDER, requested was granted. As of May 2, 2014, per usps.com Your item could
not be delivered or returned to sender. Because the item was perishable, it has
been disposed of by the Post Office with status listed as Dead Mail/Disposed by
Post Office.
On or about February 18, 2014 On or about 7:30 a.m. a complaint (CF No.
14-000428) was filed with Sargent Joe Ward (Serial No. 27907) with
Internal Affairs expressing the extreme violations of my freedoms and
liberties by the Los Angeles Police Department as well as their officers
violating their oath of office.
- Sargent Joe Ward (Serial No. 27907) affirmed that he uphold his oath of
office and input the complaint.
- I asked if he can help me obtain a copy of the arrest report as well as
the full names of the violating public servants.
- Sargent Joe Ward (Serial No. 27907) called me back later that
afternoon stating the only report available to give out was an Impound Report
#141100572 head by Detective (John) Hovhannessian in the Auto Detective
Table.
- I called the Northeast Area Division of the Los Angeles Police
Department again to speak with Detective Hovahannessian, was told he was
not available so I left message.
On or about February 20, 2014 - called the Northeast Area Division of the
Los Angeles Police Department to check status of my vehicle and was told
there is a 30 day hold and that I can only speak with Detective
Hovhannessian, who was still not available.
On or about March 11, 2014 Hasseh Bey (witness) and I went to East Los
Angeles Superior Court on 4848 Civic Center Way, Los Angeles, California,
90022 to check the court date status for the March 12, 2014 NONTRAFFIC
NOTICE TO APPEAR Citation Number B78126 in criminal court.
- Male Court Clerk report no records were on file for the Case/Citation
Number B78126.
On or about March 12, 2014 Hasseh Bey (witness) and I went to East Los
Angeles Superior Court on 4848 Civic Center Way, Los Angeles, California,
90022 to check the court calendar for the day and Case/Citation B78126.
- Court Clerk Deputy Lopez reported there is NO FILING TO DATE gave
a PROOF OF APPEARANCE with a SUPERIOR COURT LOS ANGELES CONTY
CALIFORNIA seal and comments stating NO CHARGES FILED WILL NOTIFY BY
MAIL with name of person who appeared in court as Yomikalan Walker.

On or about March 13, 2014 - I certified mailed a Mandatory Judicial Notice


and Affidavit of Truth to ATS Towing for the release of my personal
property which is my private automobile.
On or about March 15, 2014 I served a Mandatory Judicial Notice via U.S.
Postal Mail Number 70123460000139729936 to Captain Jeffrey Bert (Serial
No. 33112) with Notice of Intent to Sue along with my Allodial Fee
Schedule. , Delivered March 21, 2014 at 12:49 per usps.com
On or about March 17, 2014 Hasseh Bey (witness 1), Sharon Lindsey
(witness 2) and I went to the Northeast Area Station on 3353 San
Fernando Rd., Los Angeles, CA 90065 to file a formal complaint (as
instructed by the COMPLAINT ADVISORY INFORMATION using CF No. 14000428.
- I asked for a police report or arrest report for my arrest on February 15,
2014. Was told by Lieutenant Gutierrez there was no arrest report on file nor
a verified complaint with affidavit. I asked Lieutenant Gutierrez for her first,
middle and last name, she stated her captain would only allow her to give her
last name.
- I asked to speak with Captain Jeffrey Bert (Serial No. 33112), they
stated he was not in the station and that I could leave a message.
- I asked for the release of my private automobile, they stated that only
Detective Hovannessian can assist me. I asked to speak with Detective
Hovannessian. Lieutenant Gutierrez continued to state he was not available
and asked me to come back tomorrow morning to receive a report.
On or about March 19, 2014 Hasseh Bey (witness 1), Sharon Lindsey
(witness 2) and I returned back to the Northeast Area Station on 3353 San
Fernando Rd., Los Angeles, CA 90065 to request an arrest report, the
verified complaint with affidavit and the arrest warrant.
- Los Angeles Police Department officers continue to state there was not
arrest report available and asked us to wait a moment.
- Los Angeles Police Department officers gave a report number
141100572.
- I informed officers that this is not the arrest report rather the impound
report number.
- Los Angeles Police Department officers asked if we can come back in a
couple of hours once the detectives and lieutenants arrive. We agreed.
- Detective Hovannessian called me on or about 1:45 p.m. and set up a
time to meet at 2:30 p.m.
- Hasseh Bey, Sharon Lindsey and I walked back to the Auto Detective
Table to request the release of my vehicle being the 30 day hold has expired
and no law has been given to constitute the hold with ransom.

- Detective Hovannessian became upset when I authorize Hasseh Bey to


speak on my behalf as evidenced by Detective Hovannessian pointing his
finger in my face, whereas a direct assult.
- Hasseh Bey, Sharon Lindsey and I left the station peaceably.
On or about March 28, 2014 Hasseh Bey (witness 1), Sharon Lindsey
(witness 2) and I went to the Los Angeles Superior Court Central Stanley
Mosk Courthouse on Hill St. 111 North Hill St., Los Angeles, CA 90012 to
do a name search and inquiry for any warrants.
- Female clerk had no warrants on file however printed a paper which
stated on 3/27/204 a new court date for an arraignment scheduled for April
22, 2014 had been entered with 4 counts of same offense stated 148(A)(1)
PC MISD; Case # 4CA12971
On or about March 31, 2014 I served Captain Jeffrey Bert (Serial No.
33112) a second notice of fault, Mandatory Judicial Notice with a Notice of
Intent to Sue and my Allodial Fee Schedule. Invoice amount to date of
$757,000.00 pay to the order of Yomikalan Tashasha Junee Walker.
On or about April 3, 2014 A Mandatory Judicial Notice with Affidavit and
Writ of Discovery was served to Niklas A. Buckingham, Deputy City
Attorney requesting Discovery questions pursuant to California Penal
Code Section 1054.1., subdivision (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f).
- Please provide a Certified copy of the Verified Complaint with your
corporate on or about 02/15/2014 at and in the City of Los Angeles, in the
County of Los Angeles, State of California for the arrest of Yomikalan
Tashsasha Walker.
- Please provide a Certified copy of the Verified Warrant on or about of
02/15/2014 at and in the City of Los Angeles, in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California for the arrest of Yomikalan Tashasha Walker.
- I requested a response be given even if the Office of City Attorney does
not have items
- Stamped by front office Los Angeles RECEIVED APR 03 2014 LAW AND
MOTION CRIMINAL BRANCH RV Recvd @ 4:40 p.m.

On or about April 4, 2014 on or about 1:46:24 p.m. Hasseh Bey (witness


1), DB Grace (witness 2) and I went to East Los Angeles Superior Court on
4848 Civic Center Way, Los Angeles, California, 90022 to request for the
case file and file my previous affidavits on the court records.
- Asked female court clerk at Window 11 for file records for Case Number
4CA12971. Was told by clerk that no court file had been entered at this time.

- I then submitted my previous affidavits (Exhibits A through E) on the


record and for the record.
- The clerk stated she didnt understand and didnt know what to do with
the documents. I asked her to place a court seal stamp and submit it into the
case file on and for the record prior to the arraignment date.
- Female court clerk took my documents and went to the back and later
came out with her superior Jessica Delgadillo.
- Jessica Delgadillo stating she was the head Court Clerk for the day and
for the court case and stated she cannot file my documents.
- I asked Jessica Delgadillo if she is able to certify stamp my copies at
least so that I may respond to the complaint charges within the timely period
and prior to the court arraignment date.
- Jessica Delgadillo stated that she would not stamp any of the
documents but can keep a copy for herself.
- I again asked her to allow my due process of answering the complaint
on and for the record prior to April 22, 2014.
- Jessica Delgadillo denied my due process and stated that she would
accept documents and that I would have to file them the morning of the
arraignment date.
- I asked Jessica Delgadillo for her full name based on her denial of my
rights and freedoms of due process.
- Jessica Delgadillo first hesitated stated she did not have to, then gave
her first and last name.
- As we were walking away Jessica Delgadillo began to accuse, yell and
screamed stating that one of my witnesses Hasseh Bey took a photo of her
and called court security on or about 4:25 p.m.
- We were then detained by a male court security officer in a white shirt
in which we started video taping because we were in fear for our lives.
- The male court security in a white shirt confirmed that Hasseh Bey did
not take a picture of the court clerk Jessica Delgadillo
- A total of ten (10) Los Angeles County Sheriffs then came down, some
running as if an actual crime (property damage or bodily injury) then came
down, reporting they do not even know why we were being detained.
- Female Los Angeles County Sheriff than confirmed our rights to be able
to continue video recording based on our lack of due process being honored
by Los Angeles Superior Court.
- The court security officer than reported that Jessica Delgadillo stated
that I can only file my documents the morning of the trial. Even when I
reminded the officer of Los Angeles Superior Court Rules of the procedure and
time frames, he still stated that I can only file my documents the day of the
arraignment.
- Sheriff ______ then stated to Hasseh Bey that he was not allowed to
have any video or photographic equipment in the court building.
- Hasseh Bey stated he was taping own self so that he may have a
competent witness.
- Hasseh Bey asked for the officers name

- Officer than threaten Hasseh Bey to take his phone away (Hasseh
Beys personal and private property).
- Hasseh Bey asked for the officers name and county issuance number.
- Officer stated that he would only release information if Hasseh Bey
turned off his phone.
- Hasseh Bey then stated under threat, duress and coercion because
you (meaning Officer) have a gun, I am turning off my phone.
- Hasseh Bey hung up the phone.
- The sheriff never gave Hasseh Bey or myself a written copy of the
order prohibiting use of cameras in the courthouse whereas there was no
violation and no incident report was done.
- Hasseh Bey, DB Grace and I were unlawfully and illegally detained for 5
minutes.
On or about April 8, 2014 The Office of the City Attorney was served via
U.S. Postal Mail, Certified number 70123460000302793184, with a Refusal
for cause, without Dishonor, Do not Accept and I refused the summons to
appear denouncing presumptions that I have to appear in court on a date
that both myself and the Office of the City Attorney agree upon.
- Per usps.com Certified mail number 70123460000302793184 was
delivered on April 9, 2014 at 12:09 p.m. in Los Angeles, Ca 90012.
On or about April 16, 2014 Niklas A. Buckingham, Deputy City Attorney;
Bernie Brown, Supervising Attorney; East Los Angeles Superior Court,
Court Clerks Office were all served via U.S. Postal Mail, Certified mail
numbers:

On or about April 22, 2014 TAKEN FROM THE AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH AND
STATEMENT OF FACTS from the events of April 22, 2014, notarized April
23, 2014.
COMES NOW, the MOORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE OF AMERICA of Twenty-Thousand
Two-Hundred Twenty-One Dalfsen Ave., Carson, California Republic, near
[90746]-Sheik L. Love EL being above the age of 21 and being of sound
mind presents for the record the events on this __22nd__ date of
____April______ 20_14_ in the EAST LOS ANGELES COURT HOUSE, in the
county of LOS ANGELES state of CALIFORNIA which occurred as follows:

STATEMENT OF FACTS

1. Your Affiant walked into the Clerks office to file a


document titled MEMORANDUM OF REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL in CASE NO:
4CA12971 on April 22, 2014.
2. Your Affiant was directed to go upstairs to the 2 Floor to
file said memorandum because the case was being called the same
day we were filing documents related to the case.
3. Your Affiant also accompanied by Bro. Hesseh Bey (who stood
as a witness) approached the clerk of the courtroom presided over
by Joseph R. Porras presenting said memorandum to be stamped as
received.
4. The clerk refused to stamp and receive the documents
presented by the Trust in said case stating that she was
familiar with this case further explaining that it was proper
procedurally for her to fulfill her fiduciary duties (by merely
accepting for the record and affixing the received stamp) only
after receiving approval from a person who may or may not be a
judge (Joseph R. Porras) would she comply with the law.
5. Your Affiant witnessed Joseph R. Porras call out YOMIKALAN
WALKER until he was certain that the MOORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE OF
AMERICA was there on behalf the defendant in said case.
6. Your Affiant witnessed the court go into recess no less than
three times before announcing that it would hold over all other
cases until the afternoon wasting not only the Trusts time but
also the courts time in the form of precious judicial resources
being abused in that the State has no standing.
7. After being refused due process your Affiant went to
retrieve oaths of office for their Appointment of Deputy for
JESSICA DELGADILLO as the deputy clerk and JOSEPH R. PORRAS as
the deputy district attorney (not as a judge which was duly noted
by this Affiant).
8. Your Affiant then went to the office of the executive clerk
(Sherri R. Carter) and received a favorable reply to accept the
filing of the said memorandum in lieu of Ms. Jessica Delgadillo
being in violation of her fiduciary obligations to the Trust.
9. Your Affiant witnessed Jessica Delgadillo behave very
unprofessionally dropping the blinds of the service window
refusing to act her fiduciary capacity showing bias against the
interest of the Trust.
One as L. Love EL , in full life, in propria persona sui juris; does
affirm, and say that one is of the age of majority and competent to
state the facts and make the claims therein. This Affidavit will serve
as evidence and testimony for the record (as Exhibit 4) to be read
into the record. One affirms under the penalties of perjury that this

document is true and correct to the best of ones firsthand knowledge,


pursuant to [28 U.S.C. Section 1746 (1)]. One will agree to plead to
the charges in this matter and not the crime. In essence this will
make all parties whole. Seven (7) days of receipt of this Notice has
been given to respond on a point-by-point (1. through 9.) basis via
sworn/affirmed Affidavit, under your full commercial liability signed
under the penalty of perjury that the facts contained therein are
true, correct, complete and not misleading. Mere declarations are an
insufficient response. If an extension of time is needed to properly
answer, please request in writing. Failure to respond will also be a
tacit agreement to these terms and condition and may be to the pursuit
of Fiduciary Fraud in filing a frivolous case. (See Allodial Fee
