Questionnaire
Dear Participant,
You have been invited to participate in a research study on TQM practices and organizational
performance of Punjab HEIs. This research will require about few minutes of your time. The
following questionnaire is about the relationship between TQM practices and organizational
performance with the mediating role of innovativeness. The outcomes will guide the manager
to enhance their organizational performance. Several measures will be taken to ensure that
the anonymity of all respondents is completely ensured. Your participation in this research is
completely voluntary. The results from this survey may be presented in writing in journals read
by academic scholars and by business professionals. If you wish to receive a copy of the
results from this study, you may contact the supervisor (email:fshah@ciitlahore.edu.pk,). In
