Cleaning of both heaters tubes
H-01 necessary refractory repair (if required)
Hydro Testing of both heater coils
External cleaning of both heater tubes

Overhauling/adjustment & greasing of louvers of both heaters
Damper operation checking & rectification
Fuel gas/fuel oil/atomizing steam valves checking and replacement (if required)
HEAT EXCHANGERS:
Inspection, Cleaning & Hydro-testing of following Heat Exchangers:
E - 1 (Naphtha/Crude Heat Exchanger)
E-2A (Naphtha condenser)
INSTRUMENT JOBS:

Calibration of pressure/temperature gauges and replacement of Faulty gauges

Calibration of PI-410 (flash zone vacuum)
ESD checking of both heaters
Installation of thermocouples for stack temperatures of both heaters
Rectification of draught gauges of both heaters
Calibration & servicing of FCV-107 (atmos. HSD) and LCV-308 (OHD to storage)
Installation of new cut-4 control valve (FCV-119)

INSPECTION JOBS:
Inspection of both heaters refractory & tube thickness/hardness
Inspection of both heaters steam super heater coils
Inspection/replacement of corrosion probes (if any)
Inspection of vacuum overhead line to V-104
MISCELLANEOUS:

Replacement of leaky valve in vacuum overhead line
Removal of chocking in flash zone vacuum gauge tapping (new gate valve required)

Removal of chocking from FT-120, FT-121, FT-127
