Alert to be created when reaching the credit limit threshold. Allows you
to identify thresold items and generate an email alert for the same.

Basic Business Needs

Provides you with the features you need to satisfy the following basic
business needs:

To identify the credit limit for respctive suppliers threshold.

To generate an email alert to the user of respective departments
as specified in the credit limit for respctive suppliers threshold.
To assist the management in taking decisions regarding Entering
invoces for suppliers

Major Features
Email Alert
An email alert would be generated identifying suppliers for credit limit
which are below or equal to the threshold limit.

Definitions
Thresold Quantity means
It is the credit limit for respective suppliers at the master level.

Business Rules
1.

Supplier and site should be reviewed for credit limit.

2.

Once the credit limit goes abov the threshold amount

alert should be sent to the users for the entering the invoice for the
suppliers.

3.

The alert shoud be sent to management of the respective departments

as specified in the
